1/5 I wish I had…read moreunderstood how this company handles situations like this before placing my order. I ordered ACM signs and business cards from Go Print US for my new business. I live in New Jersey, and I accidentally placed the order as Local Pickup at their California location. Let me be completely fair: selecting Local Pickup was my mistake. I admitted that to them from the beginning. But what happened afterward is why I'm leaving this review. Once I realized the mistake, I contacted them and offered to pay the additional cost to ship the signs to New Jersey. I wasn't asking for free shipping or asking them to pay for my mistake. I asked about oversized shipping, freight, another carrier, transferring the order, and even whether I could arrange a third-party carrier myself to pick up the signs. The result? No shipping. No cancellation. No refund. Initially, I was told that products larger than 48" × 38" could not be shipped. After I reviewed their website and Terms & Conditions and asked them to show me where that restriction was written, I received a different explanation: ACM signs simply aren't offered for shipping at all. I then specifically asked them to show me where this ACM shipping restriction was clearly stated in their website policies or Terms & Conditions. I was not provided the specific written policy I requested. Instead, I was told that Local Pickup was the only fulfillment option available when ordering the product. Again, I made the original mistake. That's not what this review is about. This review is about customer service. I live approximately 2,700 miles away. Obviously, I'm not going to travel from New Jersey to California just to pick up printed signs. I admitted my mistake, offered to pay the additional costs, and asked for practically ANY reasonable solution that would allow me to receive what I had already paid for. Nothing. In the end, I told them to keep everything -- the signs, the business cards, and the money. I'm also opening my own business, and this experience taught me something valuable: A customer making a mistake doesn't mean you stop trying to help the customer. Had they simply said, "Shipping this will be expensive, but here's what we can do," I would have gladly paid a reasonable additional charge. Instead, I paid for an order that I will never receive. That is why this is a 1-star review, and why my first order with Go Print US will also be my last. If you're ordering from outside California, I strongly recommend checking every fulfillment and pickup detail extremely carefully before paying.

I was still able to use it, but it no longer closed and a piece of metal was sticking out where the frame of the screen was. One night I fell asleep with it on my lap and when I picked it up, the screen slammed shut and I think I pinched a wire off because the screen when black and I couldn't turn it back on. So I took it in and Martin was able to get it back on and attach the screen with a few screws and get the screen working again so I didn't have to buy a new computer! Thank God! So Thank You again, and I still promise to bring you all my extra older computer parts and electrical stuff. One more thing....I did get my computer back in less than 24 hrs. When I asked for his last name--which is a standard requirement for entry into a guard-gated community--and explained that he would also need to show his CA driver's license to enter the gate, he declined to provide it. He mentioned that he understands how gated communities work and felt that sharing that information was unnecessary. It seemed unusual that he was concerned about sharing his last name when basic information is generally accessible today. The conversation became a bit confusing when he compared providing his last name to being asked for a Social Security number, which didn't seem relevant to the situation. Overall, the interaction felt awkward and left me uncertain about the level of professionalism. For someone in a service-oriented role, clearer communication and a more straightforward approach would have made the experience much better. Based on my experience, I would suggest being cautious if you're considering hiring him. I also noticed in other reviews that some people mention interactions becoming difficult and that other problems occur when he is doing repairs.
