Took my son's phone in to get repaired because battery was no longer charging. We pick up the phone, it charges again yay right? No. Because on the way home we discover that now the side action button does not function. At all. Can't use Apple Pay, cannot unlock the phone when in sleep mode. My son's phone now can charge but basically cannot do anything else without being an ordeal. Long story short, after multiple attempts of calling and being told "I don't know I just work for the guy" and "oh he's away on vacation" I have given up trying to figure out a solution to this issue. I didn't ask for money back. I didn't blame them for doing a horrible pathetic job. They suggested I talk to HP and see what they could do for my laptop because they did not want to see me have other problem than a cracked screen.
