They suggested I talk to HP and see what they could do for my laptop because they did not want to see me have other problem than a cracked screen. As a young adult in college, it was nice to see someone not try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and want to genuinely help me out. I will definitely be back if there is any problems again!!
