Our natural gas hot water tank died overnight. In the morning I turned to Google and Yelp to find a…read morereputable company to come and fix it. While I'd never heard of Lynn's before today, I saw they had a great review score and almost every one of their reviews was from a highly satisfied customer. Based on this, I called Lynn's. The call was answered by a friendly staff member who said someone would be out to replace our tank within an hour. Sure enough, within the hour a couple of their friendly employees were here in no time at all and they had the old tank out and new one up and running. The price was reasonable as well. I won't hesitate to use Lynn's again and I'll be sure to recommend them to friends and family. Signed - A New Highly Satisfied Lynn's Customer

I had the same issue as many others. You get a friendly very competitive quote and then when the…read moretechnician comes there is a big upsell. The $300 quote became almost $1,000. I was not home at the time and the technician confused my wife with the need for more services. These "services" took 10 minutes to do and ended up costing close to $700. I came home in time to prevent a further $500 for disinfecting which would have been another scam. We've had our system cleaned many times by other companies and have never experienced this.
