In my line of work, building relationships and stewarding high-value clients is everything. More…read morethan 80% of our business comes from repeat clients, so creating thoughtful, memorable experiences isn't optional, it's essential. Finding gifts that feel luxurious, practical, beautiful, and still budget-conscious is surprisingly difficult. I spent months searching for something with real impact and kept coming up disappointed. Then one day while scrolling Instagram, I discovered ROX INK Calligraphy & Engraving - and immediately stopped in my tracks. Rox's craftsmanship is exceptional. Her mastery of calligraphy and engraving instantly stood out. In a world where so much feels mass-produced, her work feels personal, elevated, and rare. Working with Rox was effortless from the beginning. Her aesthetic is sophisticated and refined, and as a fellow small business owner, she understands budgets and makes thoughtful recommendations that maximize impact without overspending. After sampling a few ideas, we landed on sleek black custom-branded notebooks with gold foil lettering - and they were a huge hit with my clients. Elegant, polished, memorable, and absolutely worth every penny. But what impressed me most was how versatile and special her work truly is. After seeing her calligraphy, I gifted Rox's services to my best friend as a wedding present. Hand-calligraphed invitations are such a luxury detail - the kind people admire but often cut from the budget. I knew my friend would never splurge on it herself, so I arranged a Zoom introduction with Rox and she took care of everything from there. The experience was incredible. Once the bride selected her font and ink colors, Rox handled the entire process seamlessly. We shipped the invitations from Los Angeles to Phoenix, and Rox addressed nearly 200 invitations by hand, applied the postage we provided, and even mailed them herself. A white-glove experience from start to finish. It wasn't a traditional wedding gift - it was better. It was thoughtful, elevated, and unforgettable. The bride and guests talked about those invitations for weeks. Working with Rox is a no-brainer. Her work creates moments people remember. The reaction my clients have when they receive one of her pieces is the best return on investment I could ask for.

Every piece was done with precision and care, and her attention to detail is unmatched. She delivered everything quickly, communicated professionally, and clearly takes great pride in her craft. It's a great stop for gifts. They offer lots of cute trinkets, stationary, specialty paper and everything in between! It's not huge by any means, but they pack in full and have a great counter space for consultations for custom stationary. I really enjoyed visiting and found some fun paper to work for my projects, which was all reasonably priced, but they specialize more with invitations, verse having an extensive amount of paper for home projects or crafting. I still really enjoyed my visit and would absolutely pop in whenever I am in the area or if I needed custom invitation! The examples they had out were beautiful!

We had such an amazing experience with Scribble to Script for my daughter…read more We sought their expertise after my daughter was diagnosed with ADHD at 6 and they helped identify some primitive reflexes still active that needed their specific OT help. By the end of their brain balance program our daughter could ride her bike and calmed the hyperactivity part of her ADHD. They also identified some eye problems that made it difficult for her to read. We loved her teacher, Ms. Lisa so much! UPDATE: The company informed me that they are going to make…read moreit right by expediting the order and refunding for the inconvenience. I really appreciate this action by them. I plan to give them another opportunity soon. Disappointed in Customer Service after 2 years of great service and somehow it became my fault? Again, let me start off by saying, great experience first 2 years with Handwrytten! Now, let me tell you about why I am giving them a 1 star review and I would hope that you do your due diligence before using them. Issue 1 - selecting the date you want them to actually mail the cards. Process was easy. This year, "The delay occurred due to the high volume of orders during this year's holiday season." By the way, when selecting a date, the dates that are not available are x out....I selected a date that wasn't x out and more than 2 weeks before I wanted to have them sent. Fail/issue 1. Issue 2 - customer service correspondence. As you can see from issue 1 response, lame excuse. 11 emails going back and forth with CSR (Jessica Koch) and the final one was we have canceled your order and issued a refund. Wait, what?! I received an email confirmation today (which was now 12 days late) that an order in process has been canceled? Was it even in process? If you are a small business owner, relying on another small business owner to perform, use caution here. I have asked for a supervisor to actually discuss this whole mess on the phone and I am still waiting for a response. Meanwhile, I am not SCRAMBLING due to their lack of performance to send out simple Holiday Cards to my clients. UNBELIEVABLE...... I appreciate the response below from the company but canceling the order and issuing a refund is not the desired response! That was the easiest response by them yet it still put me in a situation that I am now in. Holiday cards not being sent and now I am forced to find an alternative with an EXTREMELY short timeline now!! It should have been to expedite the order and some sort of refund for the inconvenience and promise to review their system since the previous 2 orders were placed exactly the same way with a MUCH better result!
