I wanted to reorder my doTERRA cards and this company indicates as one of their Popular Products:…read moredoTERRA Business Cards so I thought 'Great! That makes this easy.' I filled out the order form along with my wellness advocate number and clicked the option to view my card before paying for it. The instructions indicated I would get an email with a preview of the card. After two days and checking my spam, there was no email. I went to the website, filled out their contact form indicating I hadn't gotten the email. After two days, no response. I searched the website to find a phone number and found one in their privacy policy. I called and part of their message was that they would return calls within a day so I left a message. It's been two days and no response. At this point, I'm mad so I'm writing this review. If you'll notice, all the 5 star reviews were back in 2017 so obviously something happened to whoever owns this company but now in 2023, don't go there, don't do anything with this company. I'm not buying anything from them and it makes me wonder if I did, would I even get my order?

I was in tremendo traffic jam heading to pick up my order when Sergio answered the phone and even brought my order to the front so that I could avoid more delays during my rush hour commute. My cards are nice, shiny and printed on high quality cardstock. I had a small order but I know they can be trusted to deliver all kinds of voluminous orders at the drop of a dime. Originally, my order was set to be ready on Jan 30th but they were available by Jan 23 which is a great turnaround time for those last minute orders needed without time to waste. They pulled up my order quickly and Sergio facilitated my pick up experience seamlessly. I know I can count on this spot for all my future business cards needs. Thanks Sergio!!!

If you are a small business, think twice before dealing with ClubFlyers / ClubFlyers.com. We have…read morebeen struggling for weeks to get our refund. The flyers we received did not match the PDF proof and were THE WRONG SIZE. Our flyers was sloppily cut and ruined with random printing from a completely different order on the margins. I have yet to receive a straight answer from ClubFlyers about our refund. They offered to have the flyers shipped back to recut the flyers and remove the defective margins, but we have already ordered replacement flyers from a different printing company because we no longer trust the quality or integrity of ClubFlyers' services. We can't wait for them to fix what should have been done right the first time. Since we already ordered replacement flyers from another company, we want a refund. I've sent repeated email requests asking about our refund and all I get is static.  I started this order in October. I can't believe I'm still dealing with it.

Also on the 14th I was told that upon pickup I would receive a refund for $2 for the t-shirt I provided them. I went back to the store on the 18th and asked why the proof wasn't sent after I had texted them earlier that day to enlarge the text and send a proof & got no response to that text. At the store at first they acted as if I hadn't given specific instructions on text size & for proof approval but agreed to remove the the text and enlarge it. Never got any notification that the order was ready & when I went back to the store for pickup on the 23rd I was told that they couldn't give me the $2 refund I had been promised because the safe was locked as if they have no change for their customers who pay in cash. They said I would have to wait around for the owner to show up for my refund whenever that would be who knows, I explained that I couldn't wait around for who knows how long as I had to get to work. I asked why would they make me drive back there another day & Jose just repeated that there was nothing he could do because my refund was in the safe with a big smirk on his face. So I left & I won't be coming back ever. They can keep the $2 as I have no desire to deal with those who don't keep their word and then taunt their customer with pathetic excuses.
