I could not have been more impressed when I came back for the first session and saw that the image I had provided made by chatgpt had been transformed into something that I will cherish forever! Brianna was also almost exact on her quote for the amount of hours it would take and price. The studio itself is very clean and many individual rooms, so it felt private and comfortable. I was a bit nervous because I have vasovagal reactions to needles, but Brianna was prepared made sure I was good when we started both sessions. I wanted a certain orbital but he said not only is my ear not as pronounced there, it's a very complex healing process. Luckily I had already researched Old West & liked another orbital picture they posted to Yelp so that one was my second choice & Torin was all over it! He measured & placed it PERFECTLY. Plus I got a flat piercing & he placed that perfectly as well in comparison to my other piercings. His commitment to health & safety is unmatched & both piercing are healing so well with the saline solution I bought from Old West. I came back exactly a month to get the shorter post needed for my flat and it was just such a pleasure to show Torin how great they both look! I started this process several months ago, and Mark's skills and input have been very valuable throughout the last few months. They take tattoo hygiene and sanitation extremely seriously, which made me much more comfortable throughout the several sessions needed to complete my sleeve.
