Once I was settled in with my numbing cream on my lips for some filler, I showed the girl how my top lip had a couple of bumps of filler from the other spa not injecting properly! Immediately they brought in Mary, one of the nurses to get her opinion of whether I should get some dissolver injected to those areas.... we decided against it! Instead my Esthetician, Alizia poked the particular area with the needle in order to squeeze out the pool of filler & I had immediate relief! Right then I knew I was in the right Medspa because they clearly knew what they were doing! Once Alizia was finished getting rid of my few pockets of filler in my top lip she was then ready to correct my lips in making them look plump & pretty! Mary, the nurse practitioner who treated me, was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and precise. With a relatively small amount of filler, she was able to make a noticeable yet very natural difference. She used roughly a portion of the syringe in my lips and strategically placed the rest in areas like my chin shadows and nasolabial folds. I really appreciated that she made sure to use the filler efficiently and intentionally nothing felt rushed, overdone, or unnecessary. The results were subtle but impactful, and it honestly blew me away how much a half syringe can do when it's placed correctly. The entire staff was kind, welcoming, and professional, and the med spa itself felt clean, modern, and well run. I felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. Since my visit, my cousin who lives in Scottsdale ended up joining one of Skindale's memberships and has been doing microneedling with PDRN. She's had a great experience as well and is really happy with her results which says a lot, especially since I've had PDRN treatments before in Colorado and know how effective they can be. Finally got around to calling him but at this point its been 4 years so his assistant said "Given that it has been well beyond the two-year timeframe from your original surgery, Dr. Parson does not feel that he would be the right provider to address your concerns at this time. For that reason, we feel it may be best for you to seek evaluation with another surgeon who may be better suited to assist you. We truly appreciate your understanding and wish you the very best moving forward." I personally regret this experience and seeking out his services. I wish I never would have stepped into his office.
