I never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see him. Yes, the girl he has there now might not be the most outgoing person, but she is ok and I never had a problem with her. Dr. Pepe never overcharged me for anything and I never had to pay anything outside the copay. He is always thorough with the examination and does strep test right there. He also was the first doctor to diagnose my older son with allergies to cats when nobody else had and my son was sick for a few years. I recommend Dr. Pepe.

Dr Pepe is a great pediatrician. We have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see him. If my son is sick they always see him the same day. I can't tell you how many times I've called on a Saturday morning because my son was sick and Dr Pepe said to bring him in. On a few occasions when my son was very sick Dr Pepe called us on the weekend to check in and see how he was doing. Not many drs would do that. He is very thorough. Even if we go in for something minor he always takes his time and does a complete review and explains everything. The receptionist is very nice and always pleasant. The story about extra charges for asking questions is just crazy. I always ask questions during all visits - including well visits - and there is no extra charge for it. If you live in the Little Falls area and need a caring pediatrician who doesn't make you wait for an hour in the waiting room with a sick baby call Dr Pepe.

Finally, after days of a chest cold and having no intent of driving into the City I broke down and went to see Dr. Aasmaa. I am now a believer! First of all, they had an appointment available next day which was great. Secondly, the front office staff was so pleasant and helpful I thought I died (pun intended) and went to medical heaven. The icing cake was Dr. Aasmaa herself. She was knowledgeable, patient and quite the listener. Her compassion was amazing and she genuinely wanted to hear how I was feeling and how she could help get me better!!!! Now for the negative. Well...there is no negative. It keeps getting better. I needed a prescription renewal and it was approved immediately for the mail in drug company. I had a side effect of an drug and her partner in the practice called me back in 5 minutes and wasn't even remotely annoyed. It makes me almost want to get sick again just to see Dr. Aasmaa - however this is crazy...I know...I know.

Wait time is never too long, and I have NEVER been unhappy with the services there. I refuse to go to any other primary care physician, and if she wasn't in my insurance plan, I would take the out-of-network penalty. She is always understanding of my needs and health issues, and she has helped me greatly throughout the years. I've been seeing her for almost 10 years, and I hope to be seeing her for many, many more. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Aasmaa - you won't know how you saw any other doctor before her!

Pharmacy states they never received it, staff claims they faxed it in. This happens every single time without exception. Every time I have lab work done, I show up for my appointment 2 weeks later to review. Office staff claims the lab never sent them the results , yet, all of the results are posted in EPIC MyChart, the same system that they use in the office. When I challenge the staff on these issues, instead of LISTENING, they become argumentative.
