I could not be more pleased. Was everything perfect? No .. but darn near. Most impressive was my inability to convince anyone at Guthrie to commit to a schedule they were unable to meet -- and believe me, I tried! It's an extremely professional group of people, from design, to project management, to individually skilled craftsmen. If the electrician was due on Monday, he or she arrived promptly on Monday. Each worker was polite, courteous, considerate, and did their part of the project efficiently. The project manager answered my questions promptly, and since it was my first experience, I had a lot of questions. The end product is a beautiful and functional kitchen. I highly recommend Guthrie Kitchen and Bath.

I wished to surprise my wife with a new Toto Washlet and a NexusOne-Piece Elongated toilet for each bathroom. I worked with Chelsea Collins at the Ferguson Home Store in Clarksville. Chelsea was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very professional. She answered all my questions. She gave me all the specification sheets so I could contact the electrician and the plumber for the job. Right before the purchase, I took my wife to look at the different Toto toilets. One of the toilets was not what she wanted, and with Chelsea's help, my wife ended up choosing the ones that best suited the rooms. Chelsea is instrumental in the process from start to finish, and I never felt hurried or that my questions were a problem for her to answer. The toilets were installed yesterday, and they are beautiful. Thanks, Chelsea, for all your help in making the correct purchase for our home.

Unfortunately the LG STUDIO refrigerator was no longer available. We looked everywhere for the refrigerator and FERGUSON'S had a floor model that was on clearance! What a great find and an excellent price on a very expensive refrigerator. We will always in the future prefer FERGUSON's over the big box stores for appliances, plumbing, and lighting fixtures. They have a beautiful store on Dunbar Cave Rd here in Clarksville. Their sales associates are professional and knowledgeable. Service after the sale was also helpful when we had an issue with the craft ice maker in that we called and the lady who takes care of service issues contacted LG and set up the warranty/service order. We are very grateful and very pleased with this transaction.
