Life happens and I understand if they would have been a day late, but the order was not filled and no message was sent to let me know they couldn't do it. They had someone who just did weddings so we spoke with her and came up with a good selection. First time getting married so I didn't know we would have to wait to get a quote, to even find out if we could afford them all. Ok i didn't think much of it she said she would be in touch in a couple days, because she had a few events before ours. Three weeks later i call and she says she has been so busy because of a funeral. I was really shocked that I couldn't have gotten at least a small call or email before then and now im two months out waiting on her. A week later I got the quote and HELL NO! It is very true what everyone says, wedding flowers are expensive. It took at least a month and a half just to get the right quote. Communication was horrible and my order was still wrong!! The most specific flower i asked for only had three of them. We ended up doing the arbors and table ourselves and they looked great. I would not recommend them for big events and I wouldn't expect to get direct communication.

I ordered flowers for a funeral and when the flowers arrived they were completely different flowers…read morethen what I had ordered. I went to the flower shop, looked at a book with the older gentleman at the front desk and chose which crosses I wanted. The cross was supposed to have a purple row Of flowers with white roses. When I called to express my disappointment I was told that they did the best the could. Which was unacceptable. Below is what I picked out the book to order with the purple slash and what I received. Paying that much for a flower arrangement and receiving something different is completely disrespectful especially at a time like a funeral. And calling the office got me no where, especially since at first they could not even find my order slip
