Upon starting the job he notice a problem with the original plan and made a recommendation to keep the cost down the original plan was to remove the a cool to hook up the vacuum but was not going to be able with out recharging the whole system with R 22. So he recommended to instead to do a different method although not as thorough saved a lot of money. As R 22 is being phased out and a couple of hundred dollars a pound and needing around 5 lbs. We called and they came out and fixed it very quickly. We also had them come out a few months later to fix our system in the front of the house where our ivy was. It was very nice of Eric to fit us in prior to his shoulder surgery. We wouldn't hire anyone else as he is very efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. My neighbor ended up using them as well to add a whole new system and she said it was reasonably priced.
