I arrive home, inside the city limits of Covington and while in the process of putting the remaining cans of the drinks in the fridge I discover that one has a pin hole and is not a full can. I go to my local Kroger (Hwy 278) customer care desk receipt in hand with the unopened can with an obvious leak when turned on its side and I am told that I would have to go back to the store of purchase because they cannot replace a can from their store. Say What? You guys are about to lose a loyal customer over what amounts to $2.12 ($8.49 for 4 cost incld. tax). The only recourse offered me was to return to the Ga. 20 store.

The lady at the checkout yesterday had the nerve to tell me that I should know how to use their system. Once again I walked out and went to shop somewhere else. This one had 30 pounds of groceries…read more The checker and the bagger were giggling as the bagger set it in the cart and we didn't realize what the joke was until at the car and I realized it was on us. Poor training which made for bad customer service. If the bagger had used the plastic bags provided by the store, there might have been a bottle of milk and a bottle of juice in one bag together. But look at this stuff - literally 30 pounds. If this were the first time that the bags were ridiculously overstuffed, I might not have said anything, but it wasn't.
