CLEAN...Quiet...shelves well stocked in the center aisles. Produce is sparse, but that seems to the be trend in this area of the country. Meat is locally sourced and ground on site. You can ask for your own cuts. Be prepared for a wait. (can only happen from 7:30-3). Pharmacy area is small, but well stocked. Cashiers are friendly and get to know the regulars quickly. Management is willing to order items that they do not carry. Their gas rewards program is very friendly and quickly the discounts add up. Gas station on site, only opened the same hours as the store. Bakery has fresh items in the morning. They run out of bread in the afternoon. read more

My husband and I usually go to Jackson Ingles, to get our groceries and we use WIC to get out baby formula, but this time he stopped on his way home from work at this ingles, and saw the shelves were not stocked, so asked for assistance. Which is normal for us buying formula in bulk. They clearly did not want to go to the back and look until my husband got smart with them, which he had to. This is feeding our son. They finally go and look just to tell us they "don't have it" now he could be right, but that's doubtful. read more

I would love getting gas here if they didn't CONSTANTLY blare music. I understand playing music but blaring it so loud that no one can hear themselves think is ridiculous! And it's all day every day, not just on occasion. read more

Ingles has a great selection of fresh vegetables. Great prices and the staff is super friendly.

The worst. Never have anything stocked and their prices are ridiculous. The employees are rude. I drive to Covington or Watkinsville (15-20 miles out if my way) because I refuse to shop at this store. read more

We love our Ingle's market! It is clean, the personnel are courteous, the groceries are reasonably priced! Who could ask for more!

Don't go to the Eatonton Ingles Deli in the mornings. No one wants to wait on you. I have to say they have the best breakfast in town but not worth the wait. There will be 3-4 people working in the deli but they are all very unorganized & very slow. read more

This is a wonderful place to shop. Not only do they implement and follow their policies (including coupons) they have outstanding customer service. Everyone you come into contact with is great. My friends and I were just talking about this the other day on face book when we were discussing couponing and Ingles here in Eatonton and Madison stand heads above the rest. This Ingles is fine as far as grocery stores go. Just a bit high priced on products. They have a gas station that is competitive with the other gas stations in Eatonton proper and fuel points similar to Kroger, but the Kroger is a much better value on prices of most items and better on fuel points. It's too bad they don't have Manager's Specials on anything but fruit and vegetables. That's a bit of deli food and other items being thrown out in the trash. This Ingles is clean and the manager and employees are very helpful. They have a huge salad bar and did have a wonderful cook in the deli named Jessie. Jessie is no longer there. read more

We are from Atlanta and Ingles has always been my grocery store of choice. I've never liked Kroger, Publix was good, but something about Ingles was just always better. Then you have the superstores and I personally just pick up a few things every now/then. We've been stuck in this little town(Sparta) close to Eatonton (dislike M'ville much!) for a very long time now and between my health and just length of time, decided to call it quits on daytripping back to Atlanta every 2 wks. I've started shopping in Eatonton and really like it - esp. This Ingles! It's hands down the best Ingles I've ever been too - the ones close to this one in Atlanta have all closed. I was shopping at a much smaller one in Lilburn and still ok, but just can't compare to this one! I would say not many any where around could! The best stocked, Very clean, parking lot excellent - nice and even, everything looks brand new, all the carts. It was almost like Ingles and a little Walmart. It even has a little cafe. For way out in the country, it was totally unexpected - can't say enough good things about it. I will note just one not so good thing but it's the same with All grocery stores - They. Keep, It. FREEZER Cold - Where a coat And Gloves then happy shop away! lol read more
