Horrible experience at store 200 on Rte 9 Inman/Boiling Springs. I have the app. My card wouldn't work. Manager came over and was rude and no help. By this time ice cream is melted and im in tears. The bathrooms are so bad here. I'm surprised the employees don't want to clean it better even for themselves. The filter in the ceiling doesn't appear to have been cleaned in years. Only 1-2 stalls had toilet paper. The floor were filthy. Someone needs to address this. read more

This store is a combination of Publix, Harris Teeter, Walgreens, Fresh Market and a few more all in one. The food selection is out of this world and the service is incredible. I could bring a tent placed it in the middle of the store and live here forever I wish there was one a block from where I live read more

I did a pickup order for my father-in law here and We got over charged for a sale item and awe were charged twice for the pickup even though the pickup was supposed to be free. The pickup charge was on the receipt as: Pickup-$4.95. The next line said Pickup-($4.95) In accounting the () mean a negative number, but this $4.95 was added to the total also instead of subtracting it. So the "FREE" delivery cost $9.00. My father in law is going to the store to try to remedy this today. read more

Pricey! Even when items are on sale, their prices are more than other grocers. I hate that they hold on to dilapidated old Ingles properties that are not maintained and continue to impact neighborhoods negatively. Their managers are rude. They have some work to do to earn our business. read more

OK, ordered and paid for special birthday cake, was told to present receipt upon pick up, which was done. Problem, the bakery personnel proclaimed that the cake had already been picked up. When the receipt was produced and employee was told that no one from our party had picked up the cake so where was it? Employees at bakery ran to back of room and would not return, therefore, purchases for a prepared general cake and cupcakes had to be purchased. This was a surprise party but we didn't know the non-cake would be an issue. We had it decorated in a special fashion that celebrated the occasion. The next day, went to Ingles and asked for a manager --- a male who was a "co-manager" came to speak with me and after I told him the story (above) he said, "Yeah, that happens sometimes." Asked for a refund and he said he would go speak with the bakery. I watched him go to the Starbucks counter, order a coffee and drink some of it, then returned to me to say he could refund me for the cake that disappeared. No apologies, no regrets, no nothing. This was extremely frustrating for us since the episode had greatly effected our surprise party that cannot be redone at this point. I am so disappointed in Ingles, you would at least think an "I'm sorry" would be the first thing out of their mouth but none came. Don't plan a major event with them as your baker! read more

This is the best Ingles in Boiling Springs. The Starbucks drink I had issues with but now the deli bar is awesome. Pierce always makes our sushi rolls he is awesome and adds extra cream cheese. It beats having fresh sushi than going to a all day sushi buffet that's been sitting ..... Also kudos to Tammy and Thelma in the bakery prepared our solar eclipse cupcakes!!! we have shopped here since it opened... we will never return... we say - save your time and money and shop elsewhere.. the last 3 - 4 times we have come here it has been absolutely terrible and we will not return..... the management and their antics here are ridiculous and we are done here.,.,, their prices are not better and the ingles card to save does not help if management is not trained on how the system works..... so - save your time and money.. no absolutely not recommended .. . read more

Every time I go to this store, I always have some young teen who doesn't know what customer service means just yet. I never have gone to this store based on Customer Service, however tonight, I felt it. Angie was there and although my interaction with her was somewhat brief, she has been the friendliest person that I've encountered in the store. Their produce seems to be a lot better than the Ingles down the street. I'm not sure why but I drive by the one on hwy 9, past my place to this specific location whenever I have the need for groceries. read more

Update 11/2014- They now have shopping baskets again! Yay! My reason for the 2 star review is simple: they no longer have shopping baskets, only carts! i am forever running out to the store for a few things... i don't need a huge cart for 5-6 items, but also don't want to try to carry them all around in my arms. I went in today and walked all over the front of the store looking for a shopping basket before finally asking an employee where they were located. Her reply was that they now have a few smaller carts so they no longer have shopping baskets. Of course, the few small carts were all in use. I won't be stopping in here anymore. I live right in the middle between this location and the Ingles in Landrum, so I will just go to Landrum from now on. read more

I hate to have to give the grocery store a one star but the Starbucks that just opened inside the store is terrible. The employees are rude and you will not get your drink the way you ordered it. They put too much ice in my drink when I specifically asked them not to, so they told me they had to pour out the espresso I paid for. Ridiculous. Just skip the coffee and go grocery stopping because otherwise the store is great. read more
