He's insightful, extremely intelligent (obviously, he's a Dr, however, he exceeded my expectations), takes his time to explain things to you, has a great attitude, answers any questions you have, & does it all in a kind manner. He's not one of those Dr's that takes like 6 months to book in advance. Whenever I had an emergency, (ie I burned my hands terribly one time trying to cook) he immediately got on the phone & helped me figure out what I needed to do to treat my burns. I absolutely love this place! I would never consider leaving Dr. Reiss & Jill! Their so awesome. I highly recommend this Dr /business! Tysm Dr. Reiss & Jill! You truly are the best!

They take blood in office which makes it super easy, and they are always so prompt in responding to any medical questions via the portal. Dr. Tran helped to diagnose a blood clotting disorder and took me of my birth control of three and a half years. My old obgyn never even bothered to check. She also helped to address my concerns over my cycle, and is always giving advice on how to stay the healthiest, and what to do if I want to prepare for pregnancy. Dr. Hoppe is one of the most dedicated and compassionate physicians I've ever met. His focus is always on helping people. I was sick and needed asthma medication once during that winter everyone had omicron, and left a message in the portal to make an appointment on January 2nd, and they were closed for break. When they reopened on the 3rd, I had an appointment for 7:30pm. When I spoke to him I said "I am surprised you were able to take me. I thought you guys closed at 7." He said "We do, but there are a lot of sick people right now." After 5 YEARS of trying to find a doctor who would take my symptoms seriously, Dr. Hoppe referred me to the gastro who determined my gallbladder had been working at 21%. After FIVE YEARS of pain, constant nausea, and more, I am FINALLY comfortable. I could cry. Everyone I send their way, which is about five people at this point, loves them. Everyone I know who goes there, loves them. I cannot refer them enough. Go, go, go. Make the call. They're amazing.

Positivity goes a long way. Negative energy is felt and I felt not heard or understood and the conversations and complaining while use of cell phones by staff was overheard and felt in waiting room. Doctor is wonderful but I won't be back due to the process and rudeness of staff.. the whole office needs a U-Haul and I hope this review helps him to make the necessary changes to improve his practice and it's reputation.

What initially attracted me to the practice was that the Red Bank office is open Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (except 2 days of the year) for sick visits. I am extremely satisfied with the care my son gets from all of the doctors. I have never felt like I shouldn't have gone in when he has been sick. I have gone in many times because of coughs, wheezing, skin rashes and was never made to feel "funny" about going so many times. My only suggestion would be to have more evening appointments. As someone who works an hour away (and has son in the area with them) it is difficult to get there before 5.
