I purchased a Wag Jag for Infuse Med Spa in January 2012. I made multiple calls to the location before I did to ensure it was legitimate. No one answered and no one responded to my messages. I finally booked an appointment online for mid-February, only to have it cancelled and rescheduled for early March. My appointment was cancelled the day before and I was told the earliest appointment I could get is in late April. The excuses I heard from them included: -"We are a new company." -"We just hired a receptionist" -"We only have one person doing laser, but we might hire another part time" -"We are no longer open on Saturdays (conveniently) starting after your cancelled appointment" PLEASE do not waste your time! I was refunded through Wag Jag, but if I booked directly though them I'm sure I wouldn't have been so lucky. read more

I also bought this wagjag for laser hair removal but i suppose my expectations were different. I knew there would be a wait since so many people had purchased (i later learnt over 800 at that one location alone) this deal. I tried booking online with no success but was then contacted by a very nice lady who booked my next two appointments. At the appointment my technician was pleasant, courteous and made it a very pleasurable experience. And this laser was almost completely painless, got a little warm but really if that's the worst of it, i'd do it again in a heart beat! read more

I purchased a wagjag deal for this company's Ottawa location. I received terrible customer service but decided to overlook this because I was so thrilled that the lazer treatment was working. So much so that I purchased treatments for other areas directly from them. The Ottawa location closed shortly after and Wagjag reimbursed me for the services not rendered from the voucher. Yay Wagjag! Infuse med spa did not show the same service, they ignored my many attempts to contact them as well as my complaint to the BBB. Infuse med spa you suck! read more

I started with a promotional offer they had on Wagjag and despite the hassle of booking my appointments at the beginning (I kind of expected it since so many of their deals were sold), I'm glad I waited. Scam company. Closed doors in Ottawa, took money and ran. I tried contacting owners several times to no avail. They kept responding with the same form letter informing customers they will be in contact and settle accounts...2 and half years later still no word. I purchased Laser Hair removal through Wag Jag for the Ottawa Infuse Med Spa location. After purchasing the laser treatments I left several messages to book an appointment and never received a call back. I finally went to the spa in person to try and book an appointment. The Ottawa location is run by a single person who is extremely unprofessional. She informed me that she didn't call me back because there were no openings for the next 3 months so I would just have to wait. I insisted on booking my first 3 appointments over the next few months to ensure I would get in. I purchased vouchers for laser on my full legs, however the Ottawa Infuse Med Spa refuse to do this as a single treatment. As a result I have to go in one day for bottom legs and go back the next day for upper legs, which is extremely inconvenient. Each appointment is booked for an hour, but it never takes more than 20 minutes each time so I'm not sure why the full legs can't be done in one appointment. Customer convenience is clearly not a priority. According to the Ottawa location this is policy that was decided by her boss in Toronto. Each time I go for an appointment there is a different issue. The service has been consistently awful. One time the technician was 20 minutes late for my appointment because she slept in, another time I waited 40 minutes for my appointment because she couldn't get the machine turned on as she didn't have the correct code required to start it. When I tried to book my remaining 3 appointments I was told that she would not book them for me in advance since she had not yet decided when she was going to take holidays and she didn't want to have to go to the trouble of calling to cancel an appointment in case it conflicted with her vacation plans. Finally, during my appointment last week instead of providing me with a paper cover which I typically receive to cover up during my laser treatments she tossed me a piece of paper towel and told me to use that instead since the paper cover was too expensive! She had a cupboard full of the paper covers but apparently they are too expensive to provide to paying customers. I have never been so badly treated at any other spa. The Infuse Med Spa is completely unprofessional and has no interest in providing even a basic level of customer service or satisfaction. I strongly suggest that you take your business elsewhere. I certainly wish I had. read more
