Great, fast service! I went to several shops to try to get the battery repaired in our Shinola's and was ultimately referred here from another shop that didn't have the right tools. He repaired three watches in about 15 minutes at a very reasonable price. Glad to have someone with a ton of knowledge here in Bend. read more

What a lost art / service! I took all of my watches to get new batteries AFTER I bought a comprehensive tool kit, came to find out in that 30 piece set, it was missing a certain tool. The owner was glad to help and we went back with my other watches and now are all happily working. Super nice guy with a dog that loves his belly scratches! He also has a rewards program which is great! Highly recommend this shop in this day of everything digital. Support this local business! read more

Dan is great! He has fixed numerous watches for me over the years and even introduced my Son, sho lives in Seattle, to a former colleague of his with a watch business there. They were able to come to an agreement for his inherited Grandfather's pocket watch collection. Going above and beyond is really Dan's forte! I highly recommend your digital watch repairs be done at Infinity. Prices ae more than fair and workmanship is stellar! read more

I left a watch to have the stem replaced in October '22, paid $30 upfront (my bad). Never heard from the shop. After several calls being told I would hear back within the week and never hearing back I finally chose to go to the shop to retrieve my watch either repaired or not on Feb. 6th, 2023. Upon arriving I was immediately informed my watch had been lost! I requested my money back. I was asked what else I needed. I replied that I needed my watch back but in lieu of that I would accept double my $30 back as I felt I could find a suitable replacement for that amount. I was offered $200 which I accepted. (Later found a replacement would cost $185 plus shipping. What should have taken a few minutes wound up costing me my watch and a lot of frustration. Infinity is aptly named, it may take that long to get your watch back. BEWARE! read more

110% to be trusted! So I just stopped by cause of a Mickey Mouse watch has a pin broken. He fixed it in 1 minute and said to have a great day. This review isn't because I didn't have to pay, but because if a business owner is nice enough to fix something for you and then say to just have a wonderful day, it says a lot about the person. So since he took the time to fix it and just gave it back I feel I should write a review and say that if you need something fixed, take it here. As honest and genuine people like this a few and far between now a days. read more

I couldn't speak higher of Dan or IWR. I called about a week ago to ask how much it would be to have the crown and stem replaced on my watch, I was quoted $30. When I went in today I expected to drop it off, but Dan dropped everything, and fixed it on the spot. It was done in under 3 minutes and then he looked at me and said "that was super easy, so just give me whatever you feel like, but not more than $20." I will never go anywhere else for as long as I live in Central Oregon. read more

My husband had a rather expensive watch that needed a battery replaced. Dan was prompt and thorough. But, I have a watch (about $250) that had stopped working and two other battery shops/jewelers were not able to make it work. I took it to Dan and he confirmed that the battery was still OK but getting low. He reminded me I had a life time replacement battery from another company so he just sprayed the insides with some oil and replaced the gasket that a previous jeweler had failed to re-install. Now my favorite watch is not only working fine, but Dan did not charge me for this service nor try to sell me a new battery! What a find. Going forward, he's our go-to place for anything "watch". read more

I bought a watch for $2 at a thrift store. I brought it to Dan to get a new battery. He had it running and reset in minutes. He was also able to appraise the watch on the spot and recognized it was a vintage piece. We found out it was selling on ebay for $120! He's very knowledgeable in his craft. read more

If you found Infinity watch repair, look no further! Dan is a true expert at watch repair. I have brought in 2 watches for repair, one was very expensive but water damaged. He scraped all the rust off the delicate insides of the watch and it now keeps perfect time! Plus he has replace numerous batteries in our watches, and it just takes a couple of minutes! Dan is such a sweet guy, so professional and his prices are very reasonable! read more

We were in town for a basketball tournament and my daughters watch band broke. We were fortunate to find this place. They fixed it as we stood there and then would not take any payment. The best customer service I have seen in a long time if you need a watch or a watch repair, this is the only place to go in the Bend area. read more

Left my watch with Dan for a few hours for a minor repair. Picked it up later in the day with after the work was done. I asked him what the charge was and he replied that the work turned out to be less than anticipated,,,so no charge. Wouldn't even accept a "tip". Professional and honest. I highly recommend. So happy to have found Infinity. Yelp reviews guided me there. Dan replaced the movement in one watch, and adjusted two watch bands while we waited (as we enjoyed giving his sweet dog, Mia, belly rubs). We also enjoyed visiting with Dan about timepieces, dogs and places to eat. I'll go to him for all battery replacements and repairs from now on. Great work, excellent service, and very reasonable prices. He resurrected one of my Nixon watches, which had been out of commission after having another local company replace my batteries - which then voided the waterproofing (not blaming them -- I was told it would...just didn't want to send it in to Nixon, have them charge me an arm and a leg, and not have the watch for a month or two); I then made the smart decision to go jump in the river anyway with it on. Hence, out of commission. So --- Infinity Watch Repair cleaned it up and brought it back to life. And now I'm a very happy Customer. Highly recommend them for any watch repair needs! read more

Like many customers, I felt reassured when I walked into the shop and saw numerous bridal gowns in the store AND I read the cusotmer reviews before I brought my dress. I believed my expensive designer gown would be in experienced hands. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I brought my gown to Scissor Bird Alterations to be taken in on the sides and hemmed for my son's wedding. The side alterations were acceptable, but the hemming was not. The first time I picked up my dress, I immediately noticed that the new hem was clearly visible all the way around the gown. Instead of preserving the original look of the dress, there was an obvious stitched line that changed its appearance. When I questioned it, Marta told me that this was how the original hem looked. I showed her photographs from the designer's website, which clearly showed that the original gown did not have a visible stitched hem. After seeing the photos, she agreed to keep the dress and rework the hem. I was so concerned that I returned the very next day because I no longer felt comfortable with the alterations. I was considering taking the dress elsewhere, but Marta reassured me that she could correct the issues, so I trusted her and left it with her a second time. When I picked up the dress again, the visible stitching had been improved, but the hem was now puckered and uneven in multiple places. Marta told me to take the gown to a professional dry cleaner to have it pressed, explaining that the pressing would allow the hem to lay flat. In all my years of having clothing altered, I have never picked up a garment from a tailor that was not ready to wear. I followed her recommendation and paid to have the gown professionally pressed and cleaned. Unfortunately, the professional pressing did not correct the puckering or uneven hem. I also had to pay to have the gown professionally cleaned because the hem had become noticeably dirty during the alteration process. My shoes, which I wore only during my fittings in the shop, were also dirty on the bottom. With my son's wedding only days away, I sought a second opinion from Pinpoint Alterations. They opened the hem to inspect the previous alteration work because the puckering could not be corrected by pressing alone. Watching another tailor carefully take apart an expensive designer gown in an attempt to salvage it just days before my son's wedding was heartbreaking. After I contacted Marta again, she offered to inspect the dress. I appreciate that she made the offer, but by that point another inspection was not what I needed. I had already given her the opportunity to correct the work, followed her recommendation to have the gown professionally pressed, and the results had not changed. What concerned me most was not simply that the alterations did not turn out well, but that the dress was presented to me as finished despite workmanship that I immediately questioned. The visible stitched hem was apparent the first time I picked it up, and after it was reworked, the puckering and uneven hem were also evident. As a customer, I expected an expensive designer gown to leave the shop in a wearable condition--not require professional pressing and cleaning before I could even consider wearing it. The photographs clearly show the condition of the hem, and despite knowing I was dissatisfied from the very first pickup, there was never an offer to refund the alteration charges or help cover the additional expenses I incurred trying to make the dress wearable, including professional pressing, professional cleaning, and a second alterations specialist. I understand that every seamstress may occasionally encounter a difficult fabric. I am actually angrier with myself for trusting her with my dress. This was one of the most important garments I have ever purchased because it was the dress I planned to wear for my son's wedding. Instead of feeling excited for such a special occasion, I spent the days leading up to it trying to save a dress that I had entrusted to a professional. I sincerely hope my experience helps others make an informed decision before entrusting an important garment to this business.

It is immaculate, modern, and well maintained, it has an excellent location and great parking, and on the day I was there it was cared for by a wonderful attendant (a blonde woman whose name I did not learn) who was constantly cleaning and providing help to everyone who needed it. I assume it is not the cheapest laundromat in Bend, but every penny has clearly been reinvested in the the machines, the facility, and the service. And the money is going to good people, because the attendant told me that the owners are the nicest people she has ever worked for. Laundromats aren't normally the most enjoyable places, but I will actually look forward to the next occasion when I need to use the services of Washable Laundry!

I don't know if it's reasonably priced for the area or not but I just needed to wash a king size comforter and it cost me just under $11 to wash (I paid a little extra for an additional rinse cycle) and $3 to dry for one hour. The parking lot is really small and street parking is a hot commodity, with the food truck and tap room spot across the street, but I found a spot in the Washable parking lot right when I pulled in on a Saturday afternoon! (I tend to have really good parking karma). Speaking of the food truck spot across the street, THAT was a cool benefit of this laundry-mat; food and drinks while you wait?? Yes, please!

Such a great experience! I went in to get a battery as my watch kept dying. He put in a new battery, oiled the watch and took the time to ensure everything was in great shape. For the last several years I have had to have the battery on it replaced about every 1-2 years. It's more an annoyance than a problem, but I guess I need to get it serviced so the battery lasts for several years like it did when I first purchased it. We moved to Bend in late Nov 2025- DH took it to another jeweler on 3rd St to replace the battery. he said he had to wait some time and the cost was $20. I went to put on my watch about 4 days ago and found it was dead. So I called this shop and spoke to a really nice lady and she said come on in and that she typically would replace the battery while I waited. So I went by- it's in a mini mall with easy access, and three ladies were before me. The lady took my watch and told me she would work on it. I strolled the mall and came back to the counter where much to my surprise- maybe 5 minutes later- she had finished the work. The cost was $15, and she said there was nothing of a charge left on the other battery. In any case, I believe she said her name was Laurie, and I have to say it was a pleasure meeting her and having such personal and professional service. If you need a watch battery replaced, don't mess around with the other stores- just go here!
