I enjoy the workout, the focus of learning a new discipline, and the skill building required to master each movement. I recommend the annual membership which allows you to attend any number of the classes that you're eligible for. We currently attend 3 to 4 times a week. You can also join on a month to month basis, which lets you attend two classes a week.

The only Taekwondo in Anthem AZ that is certified by the World TaeKwonDo Federation, you can rest assured that your belts are certified. I highly recommend attending! Not by just the Martial Arts themselves, but the intention in the way the teachers and leaders show up for one another and actually care about you as a person outside of the gym. It's not just about kicking and punching, it's also about teaching the kids how to treat others in the community. The entire staff are so patient, full of energy, and each of them is a model of inspiration. We started when my son was four. There was a difficult time for him to wake up from his nap to go to the classes and I was thinking maybe I should wait till he's a little older.
