We needed to make a determination on whether to pay for this ourselves or file an insurance claim. Xtreme was completely unprofessional, unreliable, and a total scam. Over 60 days later, yes, 60 DAYS later, we receive and invoice from their billing service, which was on a Thursday. I spoke with our insurance agent and decided to file a claim at that time. Our adjustor came out the following Monday and we were proceeding. The next day, Xtreme called me, emailed me in a most unprofessional way. Borderline harassment, asking for payment and said they offer a cash discount if it doesnt go through insurance. At this time, I had had the invoice for 4 business days. Now, I have had the invoice for less than 30 days. Our insurance is finalizing the claim and the expect to have everything ready in a few weeks. Extreme is putting a lien on our house because of the delay. The delay was because of them!!!!!!! I have records of each and every call, text, and email to everyone there. This is a total scam.
