Keep homeowners in the dark and when questioned they just simply stop responding. They do not follow any of the California Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act laws for HOAs. The website charged me for two months instead of one when I went to pay. I called that day and was told a refund check for the extra month I paid would be sent out. Three weeks later and multiple phone calls later, no one has sent me a refund check. I will have to go into the office now. read more

This management company is incredibly unresponsive to simple requests. It took about two months to respond to and review requested repairs to be done by the HOA after we had recently moved in to our new house. Recently, I sent two emails two weeks ago with simple requests and they have not responded. Today I have called 6 times and have just been left on hold until it says they cannot complete the call and hang up. They apparently do not read their emails and do not pick up the phone. read more

I do not understand someone could give them 5 star. These people are trash. I have never experienced such poor service in my life. I have been a townhome owner for last six years and their service just keeps getting worse and worse. Lauren, the manager never had a good respond. She always left answering machine on...I had issue with water damage for last 9 month on my property. I had called them so many time (I can't even remember how many time, also please make sure you leave them a written notice) for this issue. Finally 3 month ago, they sent the contractor and tear down my damaged dry wall and then they never put back new one. I kept calling them to finish the job. Always make excuses this and that. I have 4 month behind of my HOA monthly fee because I had financial issue. They sent me a notice for lien on my property, so I paid a two month and about pay two month later. without proper notice, they sent my home to lien company. So I end up with two month HOA fee plus the process fee of $500 and other fee of $400 which I don't know. Now Lauren Manager told me last week she will not finish repair my dry wall because I have behind payment for HOA. Is this Joke... This is not the only problem we have in my property and our community..there is so much more.. Before you contract with them, please be CAREFUL and make sure who you are dealing with. Our HOA is managed by Infinity Property Managment. The managment company applies late fees that are unfair and has failed to reverse the late fees. They recently replaced the roof which has leaked in numerous areas, caused damage in the unit, then failed to properly fix the damage. They send a contractor that does not complete the job professionally. Their contractor does not stand by their quality of work and does a sloppy job. This company and the HOA are shady and can not be trusted. read more

Our HOA was managed by IPS. The manager they assigned to our property was rude, uneducated, and a complete failure. When we reported a roof leak in one of the units they kept sending vendors who did not know what they were doing. We kept telling them that the roof is leaking, the manger told us to go ask the vendor "how roofs work." They hire vendors that charge a ridiculous amount for basic services and the job is never done right. Everything they do has an up charge from the monthly fees. When you finally get to talk to a supervisor they just try to easy the problems but never get it fixed. We had to hire an outside vendor to get the leak fixed because IPS just gave up. I was days away from selling my property before I found out that the HOA was changing management companies. In conclusion, they charge almost 3 times more then other management companies and you don't get anything more for it. They almost bankrupted our HOA due to there incompetence. I've lived in my condo for a year and a half and sadly this management co has poorly managed this building for 18 years. Our pool has been empty for over a year. Some units have major water damage. Our roof has repairs on top of repairs. It was a year before they started emailing homeowners, notifying them of meetings that had been taken place amongst only 3 board members for 100 units. The last meeting we had, we got 3 days notice. They lie to us about everything, the board members have not seen receipts/bank statements/management contract. The last 2 board members were recruited and not voted in by homeowners. Now they hit us with news of a special assessment requiring 50k per unit for a 5 million dollar project. Though I am not a first time homeowner, I am a first time homeowner at a complex with an HOA. We purchased back in January 2020 and from the very beginning, Ani Keshishian is the epitome of professionalism and excellent customer service. I am still not sure how she has such a fantastic memory, she remembers everyone's names and is so detail-oriented. Most importantly, Ani keeps her word and provides realistic timelines. For example, I brought up an issue regarding washing machines at my complex in October. It is now early December and all the washer and dryers in the entire complex have been replaced with app-driven ones. I mean, cmon that is an incredible turnaround time, especially during a global pandemic.
