The picture of the nails I wanted vs what I got were completely different. My nails are a disaster. The gel was caked on and they have a weird shape. I complained before paying and was told by the owner that it was very close to the picture and that they are beautiful and still charged full price. Infinity Nails & Spa is truly a hidden gem! I stopped getting my nails done years ago because I couldn't find a good nail tech after the one I had been using for years had left the salon I went to. After a long hiatus I went with a friend to get my nails done but honestly didn't expect to keep them on too long considering my history of "bad nail days". To my surprise I fell in love with everything about Infinity Nails & Spa. Kim (the owner) does my nails, she has a gift - she can work at an incredibly fast speed when the salon is busy & your nails will still look amazing rather than rushed & misshapen. My biggest complaint is having misshapen, uneven nails but she is spot on every time I have gotten my nails done. I love that Infinity Nails & Spa keeps up with the latest trends, offering so many different services & will try to recreate any nail art you show them a picture of to the best of their ability. Kim gives every customer quality work no matter how busy she is & wont let you leave without making sure you love your nails. She is SO sweet & genuine to ALL of her customers. She seems to build a close relationship with each & everyone of them & truly cares about them like family. Today I had an appointment with Kim at 4:30. was lead to believe she had time to do pictures on my nails. But after Kim had a friend walk in for her birthday, Kim changed her mind and told me to reschedule for tommarow....even though I had an appointment today. Also the whole time Kim was doing my friends nails she was frantically getting up around the shop doing others nails and even stopped in the middle to hug a kid...Didnt seem sanitary. She is talented but she seems extremely unorganized and unprofessional and I won't be back. read more

What went from a nice relaxing pedicure quickly went south when their quick tempered unprofessional cashier decided to call my mother "ignorant" and "a fucking retard". She was just trying to ask what my total was to make sure they didn't add hers onto mine. The woman was explaining it calmly when he chimed in yelling at her in front of my 9 year old daughter. I am beyond disgusted with the way she was treated and we will not recommend anybody go here. Especially with children. Not as long as he works there. read more

Not worth my $20 I made an appointment for 1:30, when I walked in I was greeted by a very rushed woman who seemed to have over booked herself. I was getting a normal manicure done and she told me to have a seat after choosing my color. Once seated she filed my nails within SECONDS. Not reshaping them the way I asked or anything, she was focused on rushing me to move on. Then she asks me to move seats next to a woman(not 6 feet apart) because she had another customer. I waited 10 minutes before someone else finally came over to do my nails. At this point it's about 1:50. The new worker shapes my nails the way I wanted but then LOTIONS IN the excess nail file pieces into my hands. He did not brush off the flakes before using lotion and I'm pretty sure they are supposed to lotion my hands after my nails are painted??? Because right after that I was asked to wash my hands so now my hands are dry again from washing the lotion off. I'll also like to point out that they use toilet paper as their "towels" to dry your wet hands during this process. The worker painted my nails in under 5 minutes. I've never seen people be so rushed. I ignored it, paid them $20, and went home. THEN later that night I notice my thumb nail looks chipped. With further inspection, It was not filed the rounded shape I asked for and got caught on something. So in the same day of getting my nails done, I also lose my nail from not being properly filed, my hands are dry from how he lotioned them, and I did not feel welcomed at all with how rushed they made me. Honestly, one star is too generous. The service I received here was absolutely horrendous. I went in to get my acrylics removed HEALTHILY and it resulted in the incompetent technicians destroying my nails and ripping off the top layers of two of my nails. One of my nails ended up bleeding. The way these technicians removed my acrylics was absolutely barbaric. No acetone soak, no gentleness, just roughly ripping my nails off. Absolutely terrible service. You couldn't pay me to return, and honestly you'd have better luck having a toddler do your nails. 0/5 read more

It was fairly busy, Kelly who did my nails was awesome, she had 3 clients that came in while she was doing my nails and didn't do any shortcuts as far as my time with her. However when it came time for the owner Kim to do my eyebrows, she didnt wipe them with alcohol before she started, place the tweezer she used back into a pile of them and arch one eye thinner and with less or an arch than the other. I had a pedicure and manicure both shellac. The young lady doing my pedicure was clearly in training as the owner kept talking in her ear and pointing at my feet. My friend came with me and she was sitting across from me and the owner kept doing the same thing with the young lady doing my friends pedicure. Neither one of the young women spoke any English. The shellac on my fingers was off in 2 days. I had rhinestones on my 2 big toes and they started coming off the same day. The owner said that there was nothing she could do about it. I told her you know how to do it, she told me no, that she did not know how to do or pedicures, or manicures. And on Monday and Tuesday there is only 1 staff there who also did not appear to be able to speak very good English. She could barely tell me that she was the only staff there, and proceeded to go back to the lady she was worrying on. Bad customer service. I'm sorry, but it's true.
