KD Capital was dedicated and committed to our success - we know this because of how they made us feel during every interaction or conversation. We now own a beautiful house just within 30 days of our touring the very same house we wanted at first sight - and one day earlier than the estimated closing date. We are incredibly grateful for this beautiful house, and it was KD Capital who made sure we crossed the finish line!

Simply because it was in our best interest to move from the property we were at. We consulted a local realtor who had us call John Samski III at KD Capital. Now, I always admire someone who picks up the phone the first time you call them. That's what John did. From the start he was very informative and knowledgeable of all the loan products that were available to us. He walked us through the process, which was new to both my wife and I, and always took the time to explain what everything meant. We had a particularly long escrow which was nerve-racking. But John kept us abreast of everything that was going on and was patient and accommodating. John is as competent as they come and should be the standard by which all others are measured.
