I wish to add my latest situation on this company. Since some of my review attempts made in early Sept2014 was noticed by the company, they made some effort to finish the website by correcting outstanding errors, however the problem of errors being re-introduced by their designers or programmers kept creeping back in and this meant that more new amendments had to be instructed and so the website could not be finished and then they just stopped bothering to fix the existing new imperfections. Instead they started to advise me to go to my local printers to get their errors fixed. In the UK printers do not take on the job of designing or repairing other company's design faults besides they usually do not have the design tools unless they are businesses who have an existing design function. So the attitude of Infinity Logo towards their own repeat errors which need new amending is quite contradictory to their claims that they are OK with 'unlimited revisions' !!!!
After waiting another 1.5months for these final amendments I asked for a refund but have no news from them. So be warned that they do not honour their 100% money back guarantee either.
Since these latest episodes I went back to update my reviews on various online platforms and I was shocked to learn that Trustpilot had removed my review. When I enquired why it was absent, they told me that apparently they had sent me an email to ask for my proof of purchase. But I never received such an email , never-the-less, I offered immediately to send in my proofs of purchase which consisted of the company's own email acknowledgements dated 01Apr 2014 and 29April2014 that they had received the money and the order numbers. But inspite of this Trustpilot did not return my review and when I tried to call them to enquire again, I found that they had blocked my phone number and password etc so that they would not have to explain. This means that Trust pilot is not an independent organisation and Infinity Logo were prepared to use unethical means to stop truthful reviews being published about them. This is exactly how I became a victim of this company when back in Feb2014, when I saw only good reviews, I was drawn to hire them because they also claimed to have UK branches but do actually do not. I have not found a valid UK address to date that can be traced back to a real office relating to them. read more
