They have a service desk so I've always gone in person with my files on a USB memory stick and just waited 10mins or so while they completed the order for me. I've been there a dozen times and never had a problem although the first time they did advise me to always go in the morning rather than the afternoon, because the machines heat up throughout the day and that's when problems tend to occur, particularly with acetate plastic. I only ever visit them in the morning.

Firstly because of the staff. They are good natured, funny and completely unflappable. I can throw any office/computer/printing job at them and they do it with ease and speed. I always seem to pay less than I would have imagined the cost to be. The business is always full. There are art students getting their supplies of Windsor & Eton, or Daler & Rowney, freelance designers and artists getting images printed, architects getting their blueprints copied, and myself running around in a flap about something that I can't do, so they will have to do it for me.
