She is smart, careful, communicative, and skilled. The procedure is pretty uncomfortable but you're in and out within 5 minutes so I've learned to just suck it up! I recently went to Infinity for a facial. I am 46 and the manager recommended Dermapeel; which she explained is a procedure that utilizes a surgical blade to scrape dead skin cells from the surface of the face. She also said that this rejuvenation allows skin care products and nutrients to absorb into the skin more effectively. I've really heard these type of claims before but oh my goodness! As soon as I left, I know you're not supposed to, but I could not stop touching my face. It felt like my 25 year old skin! My face, I thought, really looked a bit younger as I looked in the mirror on the way home. But now it's been two weeks, and the night retinol cream from Infinity has had the best results of all; my skin looks incredible. The procedure itself was nothing short of complete relaxation. Jennifer was completely professional and was well-experienced. The soft music, complete shoulder, arm, and neck massage was included in the price and just magical. I was especially impressed with the price. Your first procedure is, I think, $79.00, which was astounding to me...I've paid more for a simple facial and massage. I believe she said that price is introductory and understandably so; once someone has this once, I'm sure they will be back as I will. I highly recommend Infinity to pamper yourself. I've been 4 times now, so I guess it's time to review! I had a consultation and first treatment with Susie, and my subsequent sessions have been with Katie. This location is in kind of weird old building but the office itself is very clean, modern, and welcoming. The package deals are SUCH a great value and honestly the costs are very affordable. Considering you only have to get treated 5-6x a year (depending on your results) it's a great investment. Katie is very personable, friendly and cheerful. She works quickly and definitely listens to make sure you're comfortable throughout the whole process. I wasn't sure what to expect. These ladies are not some random teenagers who don't know what they're doing. They are highly trained and educated with years of experience. I definitely trust them putting lasers on my face! I recommend any first timers to set up a consultation to get an understanding of the whole process, spend the time figuring out pricing, and be prepared. If you're wondering what the lasers feel like, the face one requires an ice cold gel, then it just feels like a teensy pinprick. The body one just feels like a butterfly clip that you pinch on your skin. It doesn't hurt but it is weird. Staying relaxed helps. The process doesn't take more than a few minutes. Choosing Infinity was something I looked at as a splurge at first, but after seeing the results I now consider it a really great investment in myself and my happiness. As a person with PCOS the laser hair removal really makes me feel better, and the girls at Infinity don't make me feel embarrassed. I love that I've found them! read more

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Infinity Laser! I went in for a combined consultation and first session for an extended bikini treatment and underarm treatment. I was nervous initially because I have had laser tattoo removal, and it was pretty painful. I wasn't sure if I should expect the same amount of pain with laser hair removal. My technician, Katie, was incredibly informative and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable about the entire procedure. She answered my questions intelligently, and I could tell she really knows what she is talking about. She brought me back to the room for the lasering, and I was in shock once she started. I didn't feel hardly anything on my underarms, and only a few areas were uncomfortable with the bikini treatment. She used a cold roller before each zap of the laser, and for the more intimate areas that couldn't be adequately reached with a razor, she used frozen ultrasound gel. That made a huge difference in the comfortability of the procedure; I really barely felt most of it.
