Based on the few very good reviews here, I contacted him. He seem to be knowledgeable and a nice guy. However he never got back to us with the estimate so we can decide. Gave him couple of months, I contacted him again. He apologized for not getting back to us, since he was overloaded with work, and promised to prepare the estimate for us. It never happened. Which I understand, you have to choose your business.
