They had a new patient special; cleaning & full xrays for only $29! Overall, the process was easy, quick, and cheap. The only word of caution I would give is... be careful of the upselling...but I follow that up by saying, none of the people there were pushy about it. They ask you once if you want an extra service, if you say 'no' they don't make you feel bad about it. Some people get upset about getting an extra service, then getting mad about it because they end up having to pay for it later. Bright Now Dental is easy...just make sure you know what you're going in for, know what you want, and TELL them what you want...ASK them what the cost will be if you're considering anything extra they are offering. It is truly that easy.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Right Now Dental and left with serious concerns…read moreabout the treatment recommendations, patient care, and professionalism of this office. I scheduled a routine cleaning primarily to remove plaque and tartar buildup behind my lower front teeth after having a permanent retainer removed. The buildup was rough and scratching my tongue, and I wanted that discomfort addressed. Just six months earlier, another dentist had told me I had no cavities, healthy gums, and no significant treatment needs. I maintain good oral hygiene and attend regular dental appointments. Yet at this visit, I was told ALL of my existing fillings needed replacement, I needed TWO crowns, and I required extensive periodontal deep cleaning. Altogether, I was presented with a treatment plan exceeding $7,000 and approximately SEVEN appointments. I understand that dental assessments can differ, but such a dramatic change in six months deserves a clear, convincing explanation. I am attaching a photo of my teeth for context. I have consistently been told by previous dentists that my teeth and gums are healthy, which made these recommendations especially surprising. The hygienist said my periodontal measurements were 3s and 4s, compared with mostly 2s and 3s at my previous examination. During the probing, I felt he was pressing excessively hard into my gums. He then pointed to bleeding as a concern, although the probing itself had been painful. That experience made me uncomfortable and left me with further questions about the assessment. Most upsetting, they REFUSED TO CLEAN MY TEETH AT ALL. I did not reject the proposed deep cleaning. I simply asked to schedule it for another day and have the irritating buildup behind my former retainer removed at this appointment. I was told they would not provide a regular cleaning or remove the buildup without my signing the $7,000+ treatment plan. I left with the original problem completely unaddressed. The front desk staff were also rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily confrontational. When patients are being asked to consider extensive and costly treatment, they deserve patience, respect, and clear answers. The one bright spot was Kayla, who took my X-rays. She was compassionate, kind, and professional, and I appreciated how she treated me. I am not claiming the proposed treatment was necessarily unwarranted. But seven appointments and more than $7,000 in recommended work, just six months after a healthy dental examination, raised serious concerns--especially when the office would not address the specific discomfort I came in for. I will seek an independent second opinion. I strongly encourage others to request their X-rays and periodontal charting and get a second opinion before agreeing to extensive treatment. Based on my experience, this felt far more focused on an expensive treatment plan than on my immediate needs as a patient.

I suggest someone double check this so the correct hours are available. This morning I was scheduled for a deep clean, descaling. Not the most exciting, but if you know me I was bright eyed and bushy tailed during the whole experience. The wait was a little long. Appointment was at 9, taken in about 9:07, and hygienist (Tina) started procedure at about 9:25. The whole procedure only took about 30 minutes. This was very surprising to me. I have (not proudly) had this procedure a couple other times and both times it was almost 90 minutes. Maybe my teeth had more issues? I don't know..anyway the right of my face is totally numb but my tongue is not, so props to Tina for that. I do have to say however that the audible sighing while the work was being done was noticeable. I know my teeth need work, it kind of non-verbally expresses this. Also calling a tooth #31? Definitely necessary if passing info to a Dentist, but working in the medical field myself using work jargon with patients is usually not best practice. Anyway much quicker than expected and overall very positive experience.

I have never had financial issues with them, yes we always end up having to pay a lot but not because of Wolfe Dental or the staff but because most dental insurance does a bad job of covering you which is not abnormal at all. I am also not one to leave reviews unless I really feel compelled to. It's been a few years, and my feelings haven't changed. My first impressions were positive. The hygienists are very kind and thorough. I don't believe they are the problem at all. However, red flags started popping up when the dentist began pushing a tooth extraction and an implant. They had noticed something on my xray that they believe indicated my tooth needed to be removed sooner rather than later, however I never experienced pain or discomfort from this tooth. They sat me down in a room with their insurance person and told me how it would go down. As someone who is under 30 and never had any dental issues in my life, I was confused. I have also been told many times over my teeth look great. They referred me to an endodontist. Payed $300+ out of pocket for a 20 minute appointment for him to say "yeah, well maybe, maybe not we will have to wait and see." They also casually mentioned that the owners of the dentist establishment were their good friends. I did not follow up with a tooth extraction or implant following this appointment because the endodontist didn't say it was necessary at this time. I went back for another cleaning 6 months later and AGAIN was heavily pushed to schedule an extraction and implant. My intuition told me to get a second opinion, because something felt off. My gut was telling me this wasn't in my best interest and not for the sake of my dental health. As a young person who has never had dental issues in their life I felt like I was being taken advantage of. It felt as though they thought I was naïve. It felt as though this establishment was truly just a business trying to make themselves and their friends money. I have visited 2 other dentists since my experience here and have asked them point blank if I needed a tooth extraction and implant because a previous dentist told me that I did. I told them exactly what the dentist at Orenco Station told me. Both dentists I have seen since said no. AND if that were the case, extraction and implant should not be the first plan of action for someone so young who is also not experiencing any pain or discomfort. There should always be an effort to save the tooth. I still do not have problems or pain with said tooth. It's been 3+ years. I understand each dentist has their difference in opinion and can use their own discretion, especially in private practice. Some are more proactive and some are reactive. However, my experience was that this place was purely a business looking to make money. They did not make me feel like they had good intentions or my best interest in mind. They were VERY pushy to undergo expensive treatments. For future or current patients of this place, just use your own discretion. Advocate for yourself. Get a second opinion. Trust your intuition. This is just my experience I felt compelled to share.

The office is spacious with about 7-9 dentist that work here. I'm guessing many companies use this place for their employees dental insurance. The wait wasn't too bad, about 10-15 minutes which allowed me to complete the ever dreaded new patient paperwork. Once called to the back, they took the standard xrays and the staff was friendly. I was then taken to the dental chair and a nice hygienist Egan my teeth cleaning. They still use the hand held tooth scraper pick. Honestly I was turned off some by the fact they haven't advanced to using that AND the high pressure water pick that removes plaque. It seems a bit outdated. My teeth were polished so I was happy about that. The dentist was very knowledgeable and took the time to talk about my teeth. I was impressed with him. The issue that baffled me is the insurance only covers one free cleaning a year UNLESS the dentist determines you need additional cleaning. Basically you are punished for having taking care of your teeth? I find this weird, why reward people who don't have any self care with additional free visits? Overall, I rate this place a 3. The staff is great, the actual insurance coverage not the best in my opinion.
