Very unpleasant interaction. As usual, there was no one at the registers or anywhere to be seen. After a bit, someone finally appeared and seemed unhappy to be called upon to work. Asked to pick up my online orders, gave her my full name, offered phone number to look up my account, although that never been required, but she was someone I'd never seen before. I've been a customer of this store, only because it's convenient to my home, for over two years and never had an issue picking up my online orders. She demanded my photo ID. When I asked why she smirked and said it's store policy... told her I was a victim of identity theft and had been advised not to present my ID to anyone I wasn't familiar with. She told me I wouldn't get my orders, again with a smirk. The amount of rudeness and hostility emanating from this person was completely unacceptable. She said she would call the manager...I replied, 'GOOD' It's about time. Manager finally arrived and sent her to wait the customers who had lined up and witnessed this ordeal. Twenty minutes for a simple order pickup that normally takes less than 2 minutes. I was intimidated and disrespected for twenty minutes for no good reason. This person should not be working with people without some serious training and direction, as well as supervision.

The staff is friendly, they are always helpful, and I'm not treated differently because of the meds I take. The pharmacists are always available to take my call, my meds get filled quickly, and my overall experience has dramatically improved. It also has a fuel station adjacent to it. The people inside were very friendly and helpful and efficient in their jobs.
