Since April of 2015 I have been treated once or twice a week at Infinity Acupuncture and I have been very satisfied with the quality and efficacity of the treatments I have received. I started seeing Patrick Gigurer 4 weeks ago and I am more than pleased with his skill as a healer. I am 76 years old and I have suffered from chronic low back pain since the mid-1960s, when I had a spinal fusion after some accidental trauma. Additionally, I suffer from several sports related injuries and have incipient arthritis in a number of joints. In the last 35+ years I have been to at least 8 different acupuncture clinics and I consider Infinity Acupuncture to be the best I have visited. The last 3 treatment left me completely without pain as I left the table. This is not usually the case; I usually have significant pain reduction, which then improves even more in the subsequent hours - the result of Patrick's treatment was almost immediate. I've not had acupuncture before but after five hand surgeries in 3 years for trigger finger releases on both hands plus increasly bad lower leg cramps at night, both likely due overwork and RSI, I've engaged on a 10-treatment schedule. Yesterday was my 7th session, this time with Jaime, and I mentioned an aggravated hip bursa that was interfering with exercise walking to the point that I could only walk for 3-4 minutes without having to stop to wait for the burning to subside. So during the electroacupuncture treatment yesterday, Jaime put a bunch of extra needles around the affected area. I was elated this morning when I took our dog for a short walk that I was able to keep going. I didn't go far, just over a half mile, and I did have to pause a couple times for a few seconds, but the improvement after that one treatment on that specific area is amazing. Dr Rivas cured my alcoholism in only 3 treatments. I drank 10 beers a day more on weekends for 5 years. After my 3 rd treatment I quit cold turkey and it was easy. The only side effect I had was cold sweats at night for about 4 days. I feel no withdrawals. My life has improved greatly. My family life, my work life and my health. Thank you Dr. Rivas for giving me my life back. The funny thing is I wasn't going to Infinity for alcoholism, I was going for neck pain. Ow yeah she also totally cured my tennis elbow I have been suffering with for 2 years. My experience at Infinity Acupuncture has been nothing but wonderful. I had multiple muscular restrictions after a post op shoulder surgery which Gretchen Rivas has mostly resolved after 5 treatments. Her needling techniques have alleviated my pain and have improved my shoulder range of motion and mobility. Because of Gretchen's acupuncture treatments, my physical therapist has been more successful with her treatments to regain my shoulder strength and my return to function. Jeff is a sicko. He unwittingly made me orgasm got off on it, freaked out and hid behind Gretchen. I passed out during tui. na, received multiple injuries and he down right hit on me. He is a coward when confronted and Gretchen is seriously the most ugliest person ever stating, "oh, I warned him about that", not caring how it affected me. read more
