I started seeing Jennifer in early August of 2025 as I was having issues with sleep, anxiety and other issues. I exhausted all other options and wanted to stay on the more natural path to "fixing" things. During my first visit, she spent time with me inquiring about my diet, stress levels, past medical history, etc. She immediately started recommending at home remedies to focus on. I really appreciated her thoroughness and how she took the time to explain how certain parts of acupuncture could be beneficial for the issues I wanted to focus on. Due to my issues, I was pretty open to trying anything Jenn was offering to see if I could find some resolve. I've been with Jenn now for around 4 weeks but I've experienced a variety of different techniques with her such as cupping, acupuncture, tens unit, trying supplemental intake and more. Often times, with acupuncture you don't see an immediate results and it takes several sessions to see a difference. I can say that I have been sleeping much better due to her recommendations and the consistent sessions. My mind seems to be handling my stress with a more relaxed mindset and I don't have anything else to really attribute it to other than my consistent appointments with Jenn. Jenn is the second acupuncturist I have tried and while I don't have much experience with acupuncturists, I can say that I feel much more comfortable with her than with my previous acupuncturist. I got a deal from Amazon Local and decided to give Jennifer a try. I have had hypnosis before and depending on the practitioner had mixed results - but I always enjoy hypnosis, as in the least it makes me very relaxed. I went in for help with a bug phobia. Jennifer was very professional and took the time to ask me a lot of questions prior to her session. She also offered optional acupuncture during the the hypnosis, which is a unique service and I decided to try it. Some people might not like being stuck with needles during hypnosis but the way she placed the needles helped me to feel even more relaxed. She combined NLP with hypnosis and her instructions were clear and thorough. I felt like I made a lot of progress during the session with my fear, and even though I haven't had time to fully test it out, I find myself ruminating on it less since I have returned. For something like this I would expect to do a few sessions anyway, so I am pleased with the results from the first session. Her office space is very very nice and has a bit of a spa-like feel to it. She seemed to be very knowledgeable in her fields of acupuncture and hypnosis. I have been seeing Dr. He in North Austin for acupuncture for a while now, and he's great, but Jennifer does a different type of acupuncture (5 Element) that focuses on emotions. I will continue to see Dr. He but would definitely go to Jennifer for acupuncture and hypnosis if I wanted to clear another emotional issue. As it is, I am planning to return to work with her more on the phobia and any anxiety. Her rates are also extremely reasonable - hypnosis can be otherwise very expensive. Very positive experience. I believe everyone has personal "things" they would like to work on. Perhaps change a bad habit, improve a relationship, increase focus at work, increase exercise intensity, decrease eating ... there is always something we would like to do, to live a better life. When I found Jennifer I was feeling desperate. I had been going to school for years to train in a profession and had to take a test to earn my certification in that trade. I had already failed the test once much to the surprise of my fellow students and teachers. The stress and anxiety I experienced during the test caused mental blockage. The moment the test was over I knew I had failed it, so it came as no surprise when I received my results and indeed did not pass. I've been going to Fiery Sage Healing on and off for about a year now. First of all, Jennifer has such a calming atmosphere, and I truly look forward to all of our visits!
