I started seeing Jennifer in early August of 2025 as I was having issues with sleep, anxiety and other issues. I exhausted all other options and wanted to stay on the more natural path to "fixing" things. During my first visit, she spent time with me inquiring about my diet, stress levels, past medical history, etc. She immediately started recommending at home remedies to focus on. I really appreciated her thoroughness and how she took the time to explain how certain parts of acupuncture could be beneficial for the issues I wanted to focus on. Due to my issues, I was pretty open to trying anything Jenn was offering to see if I could find some resolve. I've been with Jenn now for around 4 weeks but I've experienced a variety of different techniques with her such as cupping, acupuncture, tens unit, trying supplemental intake and more. Often times, with acupuncture you don't see an immediate results and it takes several sessions to see a difference. I can say that I have been sleeping much better due to her recommendations and the consistent sessions. My mind seems to be handling my stress with a more relaxed mindset and I don't have anything else to really attribute it to other than my consistent appointments with Jenn. Jenn is the second acupuncturist I have tried and while I don't have much experience with acupuncturists, I can say that I feel much more comfortable with her than with my previous acupuncturist. She really cares about her patients and really tries to pinpoint what could help. I would recommend Jenn through and through! I hope she is able to do for you what she has been doing for me. read more

Jen is an incredibly talented healer! I found her online and booked a session with her to help calm my anxiety and her sessions have helped so much. I love how she incorporates different healing methods into every acupuncture session based on my needs - like, hypnotherapy, essential oils, crystals, tuning forks etc. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients well-being and wants the best for them. She asks holistic questions to help understand the root of my problem and completely heal it rather than temporarily fix it. I would recommend her to anyone read more

I have been a patient of Jennifer Finegold's for 5+ years now. I have always had fantastic results from her acupuncture treatments and recently decided to give the hypnotherapy a try. I wish I hadn't waited so long! The acupuncture combined with the hypnotherapy is working wonders for me. Jennifer's location is easy to find and her office is clean, bright, and welcoming. Jennifer makes scheduling easy and the fact that she accepts my insurance is a huge plus. Most importantly, Jennifer is an amazing person. A true healer. She is a top-notch professional who really knows her stuff and who really cares about her patients. She is kind, caring, respectful, and trustworthy. In fact, I consider her my guardian angel because at my very first appointment with her she helped me discover the root problem of an illness that was literally killing me but no Western medicine specialist could diagnose. While she does not dispense medical advice, she always knows just the right questions to ask so I can follow up on my own and feel empowered to be in charge of my own healing. And I can tell you with 100% certainty that I would not be here today if it weren't for the guidance, caring, and compassion Jennifer has provided me over the years in conjunction with the acupuncture treatments and now the hypnotherapy. I will forever be grateful to her. read more

I got a deal from Amazon Local and decided to give Jennifer a try. I have had hypnosis before and depending on the practitioner had mixed results - but I always enjoy hypnosis, as in the least it makes me very relaxed. I went in for help with a bug phobia. Jennifer was very professional and took the time to ask me a lot of questions prior to her session. She also offered optional acupuncture during the the hypnosis, which is a unique service and I decided to try it. Some people might not like being stuck with needles during hypnosis but the way she placed the needles helped me to feel even more relaxed. She combined NLP with hypnosis and her instructions were clear and thorough. I felt like I made a lot of progress during the session with my fear, and even though I haven't had time to fully test it out, I find myself ruminating on it less since I have returned. For something like this I would expect to do a few sessions anyway, so I am pleased with the results from the first session. Her office space is very very nice and has a bit of a spa-like feel to it. She seemed to be very knowledgeable in her fields of acupuncture and hypnosis. I have been seeing Dr. He in North Austin for acupuncture for a while now, and he's great, but Jennifer does a different type of acupuncture (5 Element) that focuses on emotions. I will continue to see Dr. He but would definitely go to Jennifer for acupuncture and hypnosis if I wanted to clear another emotional issue. As it is, I am planning to return to work with her more on the phobia and any anxiety. Her rates are also extremely reasonable - hypnosis can be otherwise very expensive. Very positive experience. Thank you. read more

I saw a deal on groupon and wanted to try something different. She provides a very calming atmosphere and for someone to get me to relax, she is the best! She is very nice and professional. She makes sure she gathers all details and focuses on what you want to work on. She also includes acupuncture as an option. She never tried to force anything on me. I would recommend Jennifer and her services and look forward to using her services in the future. read more

I believe everyone has personal "things" they would like to work on. Perhaps change a bad habit, improve a relationship, increase focus at work, increase exercise intensity, decrease eating ... there is always something we would like to do, to live a better life. I look to hypnosis to assist with my personal goals. So I've tried other hypnotists, they all have their own style, specialty and treatment location. Some good, some better, some wierd. This is important, how you relate to them and their surroundings affects the process. So this brings me to Fiery Sage and Jennifer. She and her business are a gem of a find that you have to experience to appreciate. She is educated and experienced in her art, obviously cares, and offers classes on these subjects locally in several venues. In a session, she listens and is attentive to your concerns. The direction she takes varies with each session, depending on your discussion which starts each treatment. Accupuncture is another element of therapy that she can incorporate into a wonderful combination designed to tune up the body as well as the mind. Five stars ... not sure how you could improve. read more

When I found Jennifer I was feeling desperate. I had been going to school for years to train in a profession and had to take a test to earn my certification in that trade. I had already failed the test once much to the surprise of my fellow students and teachers. The stress and anxiety I experienced during the test caused mental blockage. The moment the test was over I knew I had failed it, so it came as no surprise when I received my results and indeed did not pass. Leading up to taking the test again I knew I had the skills to pass, but as the test day got closer I was feeling the extreme stress and anxiety all over again. The mere thought of taking the test would put me on the verge of a panic attack and I was suffering from insomnia. One session of hypnosis combined with acupuncture with Jennifer was a game changer for me. In all I did 2 sessions with her. Afterwards I felt confident and calm which was a stark contrast to what I had been experiencing. The day of the test I couldn't wait to go in and show them what I could do. The moment the test was over, I knew I had passed. I just got my results and I am officially certified! I have honestly never written a yelp review before. I figured it was the one thing I could do to show my gratitude for helping me through such an important moment in my life. I have already referred her to my friends and cannot sing her praises enough. If you are considering hiring her for whatever you need, don't think just do it. read more

I received acupuncture and hypnotherapy from Jennifer this morning. The experience brought to me a state that, although oddly familiar, I can't specifically recall ever having been in. What I mean is, I was brought to a deeper understanding of and richer relationship with my own soul. I felt as if I was floating all day. I'm typically pretty skeptical about these things. Highly recommended for those with an open mind who are willing to have a new experience. I'll definitely be returning. read more

I've been going to Fiery Sage Healing on and off for about a year now. First of all, Jennifer has such a calming atmosphere, and I truly look forward to all of our visits! I started out by doing hypnosis sessions coupled with acupuncture, but then realized I loved her cupping skills for my back/shoulder pain and have been doing that route with acupuncture for the past few months instead. Jennifer's Five Element Acupuncture technique and skill set is definitely the favorite of any acupuncturist I have tried previously. It helps me to calm from all the stresses I may have been holding in throughout the day (or months!) I also want to mention she is very knowledgeable and gives great advice/recommendations. Jennifer is thoughtful, attentive, and I always feel so much better after seeing her!! read more
