FAKE SYNTHETIC HAIR SOLD AS "REAL REMY HAIR" I purchased 2…read morepacks of ITIP Extensions from this company, the packs indicated real remy hair, i received fake synthetic hair. this hair began tangling and knotting within the first wash. the knots cannot be combed out they have to be pulled apart by hand as this is not real hair. When I would brush my hair or run my fingers through the hair the extensions would rip out 1 by 1, ripping out my hair in the process. I lost the entire bottom row of my hair which is the longest length of hair most people have. My technician had to come to reinstall the fallen out hair within 2-3 weeks and then came again 2-3 weeks following to remove the hair, to bring it back to Nellie's to have it tested and deemed defective. Which it was, and all I was offered was a free pack of hair!!! Why would I want a free pack of fake hair from this location? I want a refund which is only fair and I ended up with my hair severely damaged, immense hair loss, loss of length of my own hair, loss of money and loss of respect for this company. Look at the pictures of all of the hair that ripped out of my head along with the extensions that fell out. I could not even brush this hair it was a horrible experience!!!! The hair comes from China, It is Synthetic, It feels nice until it is washed. Do you homework ladies! Don't make the same mistake as I did.

I purchased a wig and waited for it to arrive, only to find out when I went to pick it up that it had already been cut and altered before I even tried it on. I was never consulted about changing the style, length, or shape, and I was shocked that such a major decision was made without my input. The entire interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Instead of feeling supported and listened to during what should have been a personal and confidence-boosting experience, I felt dismissed and small. On top of that, the prices are extremely high for the level of service provided. For what I paid, I expected professionalism, communication, and respect. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience. Hate and racism live here.

I left my $4,000 wig overnight for a wash and dry service, trusting that it would be handled with professional care given both the value of the wig and the shop's pricing. When I returned to pick it up, the wig had been stretched out so much that it no longer fit properly and was no longer wearable. The cap and overall structure felt compromised, which is devastating when you've invested that much money into a piece. When I raised my concerns, instead of receiving support or a solution, I was told that going forward my service price would be increased by 50%. That response felt dismissive and punitive rather than helpful. Overall, this was a terrible client experience. The wigs and services are already extremely expensive, and based on how my situation was handled, I cannot recommend this shop. This shop owner has completely lost her sense of civility, decency and mental composure.

Fair prices, and the staff's are sometimes helpful, most know their stuff and dig helping you find what you need (when you directly ask them, they would not necessarily come up to you). Got most of what I needed there. They stock a solid range of products for various hair types and beauty needs. One thing is a bit of a pain though: parking. The plaza's always pretty packed because of all the other stores (food, clothes, etc), so finding a spot can be a hassle. That said, worth swinging by if you are in the area and need beauty supplies. Will keep coming back because the pros outweigh the parking cons.

The store was clean and organized. So many styles, colours and the price was affordable. So far so good, right? The service i recieved was HORRIBLE! Only ONE employee acknowledge my extistant and asked if i needed help. She had to call someone to help because she was attending someone else. This person literally helped put on one wig and snuck off.....clearly she didn't want to help at all and everyone else avoided me like the plague. I suffer from thinning hair due to a medical reason, I was hoping to find something to help me feel more confident due to this condition but I walked out of there with nothing because even though i found 3 wigs that i was willing to buy (without their help), they didn't give me the time of day to even go get the new ones (in packages) at the back. They lost a good sale from me and my future business
