I…read morelove Sarah Kreiner's "Mix Total Body" classes; they are always interesting, challenging, and never the same. Sarah is great at modifying exercises for the various fitness levels of everyone in the class, and everyone is welcomed. I also love the new trampoline classes, especially the Fly Barre class on Wednesday morning; it is such a great combo of mini-trampoline work and barre exercises. It works muscles I haven't worked much since I took dance classes back in college. Sarah Hoffman is a great instructor; she has the best music! And the Zumba classes on Monday and Thursdays are amazing too. Kadesha and Teri are a talented, fun-loving aunt/niece duo. Kadesha does low-impact and Teri does beyond-the-limits impact at times, but they both have so much fun; it makes it easy for the rest of us to relax and have fun too, even if we don't quite get the steps! :0)

I can only take class online because I live out of state and it is like I am in the room with Sarah. She provides helpful movement or positional corrections when needed. She is also praises me which feels great! Although I am in my home I love my class, we laugh and work hard together. My sister and brother also take class and get personal training at The Mix Fitness Studio, it has become a great way to get and stay healthy.

Bethaney is a skilled and talented massage therapist who is also caring and compassionate. She explains what she is doing and is sensitive to my comfort. Regular massages with Bethaney have really improved my chronic pain and stiffness. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a therapeutic and/or relaxing massage I have not had the opportunity to take any classes at the Mix Studio, but my first impressions are of a warm and welcoming environment. I drive in from Ann Arbor and I was pleased how easy it is. Studio is very close to 94. Lots of parking!

I never felt like they were…read morefully invested in my progress or they had the skills or knowledge to train me due to my health issues. Most trainers give you a basic cookie cutter workout. I've been training with Andrew now for years. I first started seeing him when I needed help continuing with my weight loss and strength training. As a patient with heart disease he did a wonderful job of challenging me without pushing my limits. Workouts are always different, fun, and a great pace. His knowledge of nutrition, fitness, science, and his dedication to expanding this knowledge has made him an amazing diverse trainer. I came back for training after my heart transplant and it's been one of the best experiences in my journey. I've never felt this safe during workouts. If you're looking for a trainer that will care about you, motivate you, and bring you great results, he is your guy.
