This place is by far the best auto repair place I have ever been to. When I had my old car, a 2003 Toyota Corolla, I brought it here for various repairs, new brakes, new tires, etc. Richard was very transparent in pricing, provided me with a quote itemizing parts, labor and all, prior to actually performing the repairs, and service was awesome. Most recently I bought a new car, a 2018 RAV4, and had a nail in the tire. I took it over and tech Noel fixed in like 15mins, for free. Yes, free. I brought my car here for my 70K mile service. I was very pleased because not only did they perform the service quickly, but they performed a complete inspection free of charge. Many other shops in the past have charged me just to look over the car and tell me what I needed. I ended up getting an oil change along with a new engine air filter and cabin filter. Much to my surprise, the mechanic at infinite showed me my inside cabin air filter was missing. The previous shop I brought my car to for service took the old filter out and never replaced it with a new one! And, they had charged me for it. It's nice to find an honest shop that does great work. Brought my e46 BMW M3 to Infinite because of a bad suspension noise coming from my right rear wheel area.  I have heard good things from many people about Infinite Auto as they used to be DSR and have a lot of experience not only in repair but also suspension mods.  Richard and crew put my car on the lift and discovered that one of my shock mounts wasn't compatible with my aftermarket TC Kline suspension.  They showed me my shock boot was damaged and causing the noise.  They tightened things up and told me the would be no charge.  They told to just come back when I have the right parts ordered.   At least the noise is gone for now.  To me, that's customer service. I've found that mechanic that I've been looking for all my life!!! I broke a hose connected to my heater core this week. I made it to work but wanted a shop close by. I found Infinite and Richard and he not only worked super fast on the hose but he found the root cause was a busted up engine mount. To top things off he identified some shotty brake work I had done a few month ago. He found a missing bolt, went and got a second one made, replaced it.....AND ONLY CHARGED ME FOR THE PART!!!!!! I've always had great connections to car work. On top of that, I enjoy wrenching on my own cars at least to a certain degree. But, when my parents need repairs to their cars, I take them to Infinite. They are accurate in their repairs and get it right the first time. I don't have a lot of time shuttling cars back and forth so the less trips the better. Prices are more than reasonable given the area. There is plenty of parking which is a plus as other auto repair locations can be a mess getting in and out. read more

I am not from the area and had a rattling going on in my car. Needing it checked out, I did a quick nearby search. I called, and they were totally willing to have me stop by. I can't remember his name, but the mechanic took my car for a spin to check out the noise, then lifted my car, even taking off the wheel to inspect the issue. I got stuck when my 2002 BMW 525i decided not to start one day. This happened once or twice before. Looking back, I should have seen the warning signs. I brought the car to Infinite Auto Tech and they diagnosed it as a bad starter. Richard gave me options ranging from a new factory starter, some aftermarket brands, or even a rebuild. I opted on the World Pac brand which was new, but much cheaper than a factory BMW one. They quickly installed the starter, called me immediately when it was done, and were very professional. The awesome thing was that I also had the dreaded seat twist. Apparently, the cables go bad in the seat and only one side of the seat moves when reclining. It looks like a potato chip. The dealer wanted close to $1000 for the repairs, but Infinite was able perform a special trick that not only repaired it quickly but saved me a bundle of cash. Infinite was awesome and I'll use them again. read more

I usually service my 2005 Audi A4 at the dealership but when my car wouldn't start one morning, I decided to try a private service shop this time for the sake of convenience and better pricing. I searched online and found Infinite Auto Tech which was conveniently located close to where my company shuttle would take me. Richard, quickly determined and informed me that my issue was a bad alternator. I wasn't surprised by this. Checking my service records, I determined that the one in my car was the original. Sure enough, they replaced my alternator quickly and had me up and running later that day. Richard even showed me they used a factory OEM alternator instead of a generic version. Even then, the price of the job was more than fair. Infinite Auto Tech also put a full charge on my battery and tested it to make sure I wouldn't have any issues there. I also had them look over my records to make sure that I hadn't missed any due service, and they determined that all was well and complete. Overall, it was a great experience, and I know where I will be taking my car to from now on. It is nice to have found a knowledgeable and honest auto repair shop. read more

My car has been problem free for the most part, knock on wood, but after the warranty was over, I soon realized how expensive normal services were at our local dealer. On top the the high rate, dealers seem to charge a lot of money just to look over things. I searched around, found Infinite, and have been extremely happy with them ever since. They are really knowledgeable and always explain and answer all of my questions. I can be paranoid at times with my car. The shop is clean and everyone there is friendly. Parking is also easy. They are located in building 2 so park in the center of Club Auto Sport between building one and two. It can be a bit confusing as building 2 is located behind the main building. I was driving my BMW E92 M3 one afternoon, and suddenly, my car stalled and would not start again. It would only stumble a bit and then die. Because this happened after normal business hours, I just decided to have my car towed home. Being busy at work, I couldn't arrange to get my car towed again until the weekend. I contacted Richard from Infinite Auto Tech, and although they are not normally opened on Saturdays, he agreed to come in just to meet me and look at my car. After scanning the car, he determined that I was having a throttle body actuator issue on bank 2. I had already had the bank 1 actuator replaced under warranty a year back, so, I called the dealership and arranged to have the warranty work done there. I give Infinite 5 stars because, they came in on a Saturday just to meet me, diagnosed the issue, and didn't charge me anything. Because this was a dealership warranty issue, they just were here to help me. Now, my car is running perfect again, and all is well! That is honesty and service if you ask me. read more

I have a 2008 Acura TL-S which I bought new at Los Gatos Acura and have taken the car back to the dealership for all of it's maintenance until recently. I now have 120,000 miles on the car and had a big maintenance job pending which included getting a new timing belt installed, new brakes including front rotors, new spark plugs and oil change. Had been thinking about going to an independent repair shop for some time to avoid the high dealership prices but was afraid to trust someone other than the dealership. I recently decided to take the plunge and took my car to Richard's shop for the big job. I am so glad I found his shop. The shop is fairly small - nice and intimate to the point where I could talk with the mechanic Michael, who did most of the work on my car, as he was doing it. Michael, Noel and Richard worked really well together as a team and got all the work done in one day. They are all very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I felt really confident that the work was done properly and I saved a bunch of cash over what the dealership would have charged. I will be taking my Acura back to Richard for service from now on. read more

My Subaru WRX was is dire need of brakes as I was getting some pretty serious vibration and steering wheel shake upon braking. Knowing that they used to be DSR, I brought my car to Infinite Auto Tech to have them take a look at it. Sure enough Dick and his crew found that the pads were worn. But, Infinite Auto Tech went above and beyond my expectations by first of all determining that my brake pads that had been previously installed by another shop had not been up to the quality I needed and were causing deposits on my brake rotors leading to the vibration. Then, not only did Infinite upgrade my pads and rotors with higher quality above OEM versions, the price was cheaper than what I had paid at another shop when I checked my old receipts! Why did I go anywhere else? The guys at Infinite Auto Tech is super knowledgeable and their facility at Club Auto Sport is immaculate. I enjoyed walking around the main building and seeing all the nice cars in the club too. CAS is a beautiful complex. I highly recommend Infinite! read more
