They were paid off by the father of my children to write a horrible and false letter to the courts in hopes to make me look bad to the courts so he would have more custody and not pay into child support. Not only did they lie to the courts but they violated hippa laws. These two woman are so cold and have no intrest in the mental health of the patients. They let my 14 year old daughter run out session with a full blown panic attack and didn't bother to tell me while I was waiting in the lobby. Police were called to find her and she was found 1 mile away and needed medical attention due to her anxiety and panic attack that was caused by the stress Rachel was putting on her. The whole time I was looking for my missing child they showed no empathy or concern for the safety of my child. These people are in it for the money. I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy. They are horrible being. They should have their license pulled.

I've been using their online counseling services for several months now, and I am so pleased with the quality of therapy I receive. I was scared to even look for counseling/therapy because I don't have health insurance and I know it can be so expensive. I looked at betterhelp (which is unaffordable for your average person) talkspace, growtherapy etc and none of them were offering what I was looking for, which was counseling that is effective and affordable. The best part is I get to do therapy from my couch so I never even have to leave the house because I am chronically late to almost everything. (I'm working on that lol) My therapist, Miss Sukhai Kah, always makes me feel heard and understood. I am incredibly grateful for her and Life Source. I'm learning to communicate and overcome past traumas with her help. I don't always look forward to therapy, because let's be real, therapy is difficult and learning about yourself isn't easy. But even after the toughest sessions with my therapist, I always feel like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders, and I can't thank these people enough.

Been back and forth with them since Feb. Sent them the insurance invoice that I received from my insurance company saying all of it was paid. They are still harassing me about the out stand balance of $200. Keep in my copay is only $10; which I paid and have the receipts for that too. You're better off find a more organized and professional office. It's a shame because my son actually liked his therapist.

After reading his bio and seen his high level of experience and different styles of therapy treatment approach, I decided to give him a call. His receptionist was very welcoming, kind and made me feel comfortable to schedule the appointment. She even went the extra mile to call my insurance to get the referral which most counselors ask you to call the insurance yourself. Just after the first visit, I saw a major shift within my son where he seems motivated and assertive. Dr. MacAdam is so professional and was able to established a connection with my son right away . My son has been going now for couple weeks and always looks forward to his appointment. I am beyond thankful for all his help and teaching my son new techniques on handling different challenges. This facility is SO MUCH better than other physical therapy places. All the Dr.'s & the staff are very knowledgable & friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable & they really help you heal quicker. When my daughter needed PT, I told her to try this place & she was so impressed. She was in so much pain it hurt her to walk. Within 3 visits she could walk again. MY daughter put it very well when she said these Dr's help you get your life back & it actually helped her family, because now she could be the Mom she needed to be. After six weeks of therapy, most discomfort is gone and when it does come back, it doesn't linger and leaves fairly quickly. It has been over a couple of decades since feeling this good. I been able to increase the duration and variety of my workouts. My concern now is well the PT hold for the long term? And before I forger, Dr. Mike and staff are great people to work with.
