This year I call them out for a service. Christopher said the unit looked great. A day later my fire alarm went off. No fire, no smoke but the attic was flooded and leaking water into a hallway on the second floor. I called just before 6pm and they sent Christopher out about 2 hours later. He said a different pan was broken and the sensor was busted, so thats why the unit didn't shut off. Quoted over $2000 to repair. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
