I got back my car about a week later after a massive job and I am pleasantly surprised it drives better than ever. I definitely recommend JSB Autoworks European if you want quality work done on your high-end vehicle for a reasonable price. The staff was wonderful and kept me informed by sending pictures to me through text. I'm glad I found this company because from now on my extended family and I will be customers for life. Thanks to Chris and the crew for taking amazing care of my baby Range. We'll see you guys soon for my next service. Stay cool!

I…read morewas helped by Victor who is a knowledgeable and patient guy, after a couple of weeks deciding the best way forward I chose to pay out of my pocket instead of using the insurance. Victor asked me to drop off the car on Monday 12/07 and the next morning I got the first updates, they sent me a link with a bunch of photos and notes of what they did to that point. Another part was needed so this may have delayed the process by a day, so yesterday 12/10 I got a call from Victor saying that the car was going to be ready before the end of the day, around 2pm I got a text and a phone call from Yani saying that the car was ready. I checked the link and it was a new photo showing the car completed. When I arrived to pick up and pay I got a total of $1475 (which was shown in the last update received) but I had an estimate of $1030, I understand when you are working with insurance you send them a "preliminary work" and then you can add a few or several "supplemental" and the insurance usually pays them, but this money was coming out of my pocket, so I was definitely expecting the $1,030 figure or a little less... all in all Victor explained to me the extra work done and reduced a bit the final number. Conclusion: I'm a hard person to please type of guy, I believe they did a really good job, the 3 days to finish the work is appropriate and the way they kept me informed with calls and photos is top notch! I highly recommend them, just be open to pay a bit more than originally expected...

When I arrived I waited a brief period and then the tech repaired my tire as I looked over his shoulder: Professional very much in control of his equipment and explained what he did. The hole was small so the simple patch did the job. Will go back and recommend. This survey asked me if the price was right and I honestly don't know if $30 for an internal patch is fair as I never deal with this kind of repairs.

Very disappointing experience with Rapid 3 Tires. I hired them to install a 2-inch suspension lift…read moreon my Lexus using the kit they recommended. After several delays and poor communication, they finally did the job -- but soon after, I noticed a squeaking noise from the rear suspension. When I took the car back, they admitted they had missed installing some rubber components. I paid for the missing parts and waited again, only to find out later that those parts were never installed. The manager told me the parts didn't fit and that the mechanics had replaced them with "rubber spacers" without asking me. That's dishonest and unprofessional. I spent over $3,500 and lost several weekends due to their mistakes. They refused to take full responsibility or refund me for the parts I paid for. I do not recommend this shop at all. They lack honesty, communication, and professionalism. Do your research and take your car somewhere else.

I would not recommend Rapid 3 Tires to anyone looking for quality work or honest pricing. My…read moreexperience was frustrating from start to finish. They upcharged me nearly $900 more than the original estimate, without properly accounting for what parts were needed or what I had already supplied. Because of their poor planning, I had to bring my vehicle back three separate times just to fix issues that should've been handled the first time. To make things worse, they charged me an extra $200 for "new" rear springs as part of my lift kit installation. Later, I found out those springs were actually used parts from a scrap yard and were already worn out. Now I have to spend another $195 to buy the correct, new springs myself. Overall, the lack of communication, organization, and honesty was extremely disappointing. If you're considering getting a lift kit or any serious work done, go somewhere else you'll save yourself a lot of time, money, and headaches.

**1-Star Review - Absolute Disaster - Do Not Take Your Car Here**…read more I wish I had never walked through the doors of MBC Shop d/b/a Napa Auto Care located at 10835 NW 7th Avenue in Miami. What started as a simple coolant issue on my 2014 Land Rover Range Rover Sport turned into a $10,790+ nightmare filled with negligence, deception, and total disregard for customer safety. In November 2024, the low coolant warning came on. They diagnosed a leak, quoted $3,241.77, completed the work, and I paid in full via Zelle. One week later the warning returned. Their representative told me it was probably nothing and that it was safe to keep driving. That advice nearly got me killed. On December 5, 2024, the engine catastrophically failed while I was on I-95, leaving me stranded in traffic with a major safety hazard. I paid $150 for the tow. The car was in their shop for over two months with slow communication and slow progress. They eventually claimed melted pistons and major internal damage, convincing me to pay $7,663 (in four separate Zelle transfers) for a full engine replacement. They even assured me that once repaired, the vehicle would easily sell for $18,000-$19,000. A CarMax appraisal later proved that was completely false--they offered only $6,000. When the car was finally returned in late February 2025, the horn didn't work, the air conditioning wouldn't turn on, and the radio was dead--problems that did not exist before they touched it. These were caused by their sloppy electrical work during the engine swap. They then charged me another $912.71 to "fix" the AC. They also reneged on their promise to cover my 2nd round of car rental car costs while I was without transportation for work and taking care of my young child, sticking me with over $2,000 in rental bills. This shop destroyed my engine through incompetence, lied to get more money out of me, created new problems, and showed zero accountability. I am now demanding full reimbursement of $10,790.71 through my attorney and will be filing complaints with all relevant consumer protection agencies. If you value your vehicle and your safety, stay far away from MBC Shop / Napa Auto Care. They cannot be trusted.
