Today I went to infamous tattoos on old natl hwy for a nose piercing. While waiting for my tech I went to use the restroom. I was slightly off-put because floors seemed rather dirty sticky wet. Ignored that and proceeded back to the front where since I was waiting I decided to renew my belly jewels. I received an awesome solid recommendation so I was happy. And the bathroom disgust went out of the window. As I proceeded to be led back to a private piercing room by the woman who never introduced herself. I noticed how dirty and unsanitary the room was. The bed that ahe had me sit on was bare and had a hole that exposed the fabric. Her preparation tray was rusted. Her trash bin was open, exposing bloodied tissue q-tips and other one time use products this was not a biohazard bin. Her floors were dirty too. Her prep didn't consist of her washing her hands before giving. She just placed on by the gloves with these 1-2 inch nails. After her prep she sprays the gloves with alcohol. I made the unnamed tech that I'm nervous and I don't like needles. She asked if I was sure to proceed and I agreed I will get through it. As she approached my face with the needle With a poke to the nose I jumped a bit. This may have cause her to get frustrated with me and it showed every bit in her tone. I began bleeding profusely and mentioned that it was a lot of blood. She followed up by disagreeing. As she started to clean me up she then agreed that it was in fact a lot of blood and noticed that her needle had gashed my skin. I asked if she could proceed and with an attitude she stated it would have to heal first. She mentioned that she didn't feel comfortable proceeding. I was willing to take that answer and was ok that I still had to pay. I understood that my reaction potentially caused her not to puncture the skin the way it needed to. But then again her nails are long and I just don't know. At a point after reviewing this with her I just got irritated that she was so short with me, her tone came off as though I was a disservice to her so I called her out. I stated it does it seem you have an attitude or something. She began to be defensive and was really quite mean. Never did she yell but she was very rude. I didn't yell but I had now grown with frustration. She kept overly defending herself toward the fact that I am the one that moved and caused this outcome. She mentioned that she too has anxiety like me and she looked like she was going to cry. The whole time she was playing the blame game and never was I upset that she couldn't complete the job. I never blamed her for how it happened. All I wanted was to be treated nicely and I would have walked away paid and allow healing and try again later. I do not think this young lady understood that. I'm left to believe that this isn't the first time a piercing went wrong and in past she may have been ridiculed for her work and or she didn't handle it professionally so maybe she was projecting. She told me I'd still have to pay $40 to which I was fine until I asked one more time was there any other options and she said she could Pierce the order side. I was afraid I'd then be charged twice to which she in a snotty reply said no, I won't. As I sat to ponder after arguing with her she decided that it wouldn't be good fit and I was ok with it but I proceeded to tell her I'm not peeing for that service (due to how I was treated. No empathy. No care , rude. I offered to pay for my jewelry but she asked me to leave her shop. So I did, and had a panic attack in my vehicle before pulling off. Overall cleanliness was poor, customer service was terrible. read more

My daughter and I had the pleasure of working with Tommy a.k.a "Animal" today. Though we waited for quite some time before it was our turn (walk in on a Saturday), it was worth the wait. Not only was he able to give us the exact tattoos that we wanted (me - script; her - dragonfly), he was extremely professional and clean. We will definitely be back read more

**WARNING** do not go to this tattoo place. People are very rude here. The lash girl Ashli has a bad odor to her and he breathe stinks while she was doing my lashes. Lashes came out ok but could've been way better. I will never go to that place again and I will never let that girl do my lashes again. Too much drama there too, not professional read more

Disappointed!!! Two days after the piercing, the stud kept come down, so we found another piecing shop...A place I wish we had gone to in the first place. They stated that the Infamous piercing was "a bad piercing" the angle was such that the exit hole was very close to the internal tip of the nose. After three days, had to take it out. Will have to let it close and get a professional one months later. Do not get a nose piercing at Infamous!!! read more

Let me give a little back details. I called before hand asked for the price of a nose piercing, got the address and drove there. My fiancé and I walk in and we aren't even addressed. The girl at the front turns around and say "what y'all want?" I politely say "Hello, how are you?" She then goes "I said what y'all want". I spent on my heels and headed out read more

So I went back to the shop to get it pierced (prairie doesn't work there anymore)and it went horrible . They are unprofessional and they look like bums up there I will never go back. The guy pierced my nose and couldn't get the ring in. I told him to stop because it was so painful and I didn't pay and walked out. Horrible company to get nose piercing done DO NOT GET YOUR NOSE PIERCED AT THIS RAGGEDY COMPANY I got my piercing done by a girl name unicorn and you would think she would've told me my nostril was a little big for those tiny nose studs but no they just want the money of course so the ring kept sinking in my hole because it was too small I called 2 days later to find out she's not at work I kept calling and they kept saying she's not available and eventually went up there and she was not available some guy name animal took the Ring out and told me to let it heal for 5 days and they will order a bigger size like why would your worker manipulate my nose all to find out the ring they had was too small then to be told to let it close and come back and they will repierce who in their life would like to deal with pain like that just for the pleasure come on? They are horrible man waste of 35 dollars read more

It's SAD that you can't even support you're own black community.. I came to get tatted after I was told to come on a certain day for a particular artist I walked in the lights was off and a guy was laying across the couch and I asked him if there was anyone available and he answered "they busy" and I said well when will they be available he said "I don't know" and came off like he didn't wanna help then he walked to the back and then asked me "Are you trying to get tatted my NIGGA?" Talking to me like I'm his homeboy or something you don't even know me & on top of that the guy wasn't even there to tat me like they said after I was referred by someone else to him, they called him and he told me tomorrow or next weekend I feel like if someone referring me to you, and I was told to come back that day You should wanna make it and point to show up and show out that means someone thinks highly of you to refer you. The whole experience just let me down and the customer service was very ghetto and terrible like I don't care if you hood but when dealing with customers you should put you're business hat on this why BLACK PEOPLE cant have shit now because they don't know how to act EVEN IF THEY DO GOOD WORK I WOULDNT EVEN WANNA SPEND MY MONEY WITH THEM BASED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE ALONE.. I'll go spend my money with them White folks smh Can't even support your own race read more

So I absolutely recommend this tattoo shop! By far the cleanest and warm welcoming shop I have ever been to! Tony is the most professional and genuine tattoo artist, I honestly felt like I have known all my life. Very articulated, and well in tuned with his craft. However I never was able to get tattooed by him the art work he did on my boyfriend at short notice was nothing short of greatness. I will come back and have him tattoo me anytime!!!! read more
