(So far, same day if not as soon as you can get there. Probably because they aren't too busy.) For me, this is pretty important because I primarily get a massage after I've overdone it physically and am sore or tight (like after a very long drive.) I don't get them for pampering, which can be scheduled well in advance. I also like that you don't have to sign up for a membership. On the negative side (the reason for the loss of a star), communication is often challenging. English is definitely not their first language. So small talk or conversation beyond explaining how long you want, and how firm, and what areas to focus on is unlikely. I suspect if I spoke their language (Mandarin? Cantonese? Vietnamese?) it would be better.

I wish I had just taken the $20 back and told her if that wasn't good enough, I'd take it back! But, I didn't. I personally make $15 an hour, so this was a big spend for me and I was excited to experience it with my boyfriend only to have it ruined by rudeness.
