I have noticed recently that my eyebrows are disappearing. This, sadly, happens to most women,…read moreespecially if you plucked the living hell out of them in the 90s in a sad attempt to stay fashionable. I was considering my options because drawing them in daily is a pain. Especially when you can't see without readers. I scheduled a consultation with Preet to discuss microblading and other more permanent options, and added on a tinting session to walk out with something tangible. I had to go to the Tosa location to see her, which was a hike. She mentioned that she might start adding hours on the East side, which would be great, as she is the only one who performs the advanced services. The shop is pretty spare, but Preet explained all the safety techniques she uses to ensure a hygienic experience. She was friendly, thorough and unrushed. We talked procedures, colors, etc. I may pull the trigger eventually, but this is not a cheap service. I did get a tint done and my first threading. It went well. She didn't have the color I wanted for the "permanent" eyebrows, but I did walk out with more definition, a pleasing shape and a good overall feeling.

My waxing session was done by Happy, who was super kind and very thorough! I appreciated that she used new wooden waxing sticks after each use. Even their regular full priced services are more affordable than a lot of the other local axing and threading shops in the area.

I have to admit that I am not someone who comes every 10 weeks for a cut and color. I usually wait 13-15 weeks in between cuts, sometimes longer. I know, I'm pretty bad when it comes to my hair! Haha. So in the last year, I've been here a total of 3 times, but every time I come in I really like my hair when I leave! It's very simple and cute inside! They will offer coffee or water while you are getting your hair done as well. There is a tv to watch or music on to keep you entertained. Alexis is very friendly, professional and talented. She cuts my hair with layers and always does a great job! I highly recommend to come check it out!

(also did not have that customer fill out the appointment form, which is interesting considering they practically bark at you the second you walk through the door to fill it out). I can understand that it was just one lady in the floor today but when you had rushed through my eyebrow threading, consistently hitting me in the eye, no apology for doing that either ( I forgot manners aren't really a thing anymore these days). Then when she had handed me the mirror to look over her work, I felt extremely rushed and overwhelmed by her. After paying and being able to actually get a look at the threading work I noticed there were a few mistakes still. I tried to go back in to see if she would be able to fix it but I didn't see her & my patience had already worn thin at this point. Needless to say, I probably won't be back. Just wanted to put this out there so people are aware of what type of services they are paying for at this establishment.
