The Ping's group offered a solution to still block the utility box but remove the tree and beautify the area. They removed the tree, stump grinded the roots, and planted shrubs and sod. They were so professional, timely, and most importantly did a great job of communicating before, during, and after the project. The 100 ft plus Cottonwood was split with they estimated a five ton portion sitting on my neighbor's roof. The only thing keeping from crushing her roof is the maple that was helping to keep weight off her house. The crew was here until almost 1am with a bucket truck, a crane, chipper and a massive scoop to pick up the pieces too large for the chipper. They were professional, polite and hard working. Now for the bad - the AR department - we received our bill on a Monday which states 30 days to pay. By Wednesday, they were calling requesting payment. They continued to call multiple times. This actually made me not pay them immediately. Although I did just pay them. It has now only been 17 days since we received the bill. I feel that is completely unprofessional.
