Went in to get my battery on my watch fixed since it stopped two weeks ago. Walked in and a nice…read morelady told me it would be $10, so instantly I was happy since I only make $13 hour and I thought I was going to be paying anywhere from $25-$40 like most places. Waited for a few minutes and the nice lady came back and told me the battery was loose so she just put it back in place and wasn't charging me. I was happily surprised but also willing to pay something but she wouldn't let me, I asked what her name was and she told me. Her name was Rose. I'd like to add that this was very kind and caring. There are so many people at businesses that just don't care and she took the time to obviously check the battery and be honest that it was just knocked out of place. That is truly great customer service and I hope more people take their business here. Definitely will be going back and if anyone asks for recommendations, this will be the place I tell them about.

While picking up my ring I showed a gentleman my necklace that had snapped and he offered to fix it right then and there for $20. I was more than happy. Now it would have been 5 stars but unfortunately there is a spot on my ring from the sizing that I noticed when getting home, and lots of black residue left on the inside of my ring that I had to clean off myself. This place looks unkept...BUT everyone was so nice and friendly as well as quick work.
