This was my first time experiencing a rented office space, and I liked it! I'm not sure how the booking is done, the cost and etc but I went here for a small networking event. It is in a beautiful location downtown with a couple restaurants in the plaza like area. The building itself is a little tricky to find, and it took me at least 10 minutes to find. There is valet parking in the front of the building as well as close parking that you have to pay for. They had complimentary beer and wine which was a plus, and the young ladies who were at the desk were very helpful. The furtniture and decor was clean, up to date and trendy. If I ever needed a location for a networking event, this would be it. read more

I visited here for one of their opening events and was amazing at how rustically charming yet modern the decor is. There is plenty of seating and window lighting that is perfect for getting in the creative mood. The doors/walls of each office that face the hallway are glass, which is psychologically proven to increase productivity because it makes people feel like others are watching and in turn they want to work harder. I'm not sure if this is the thought behind their choice to use glass, but I wouldn't put it past them because everything here is clearly done with even the smallest details thought out. read more

Very cool space. Modern and trendy. I was impressed when I walked into the main lobby with led screen walls. Once you head to the 9th floor, and head into the office suite, you get a nice chic and home feel. Each of the office's walls are made of glass and you get nice views of Dallas. Wow! This space is incredible. My wife and I got to visit Industrious Dallas for an event and saw both the unfinished hall and the finished work areas. The size of the space is definitely impressive, but the small details in the work areas are beyond expectation. Each "cubicle" or work station was divided with glass walls to create a sleek but separate feeling, while allowing users to write on them for brainstorming. The common areas had space for alone time, breastfeeding, conferencing, phone calls, and reading. If I had this at my job, I would be eager to work every morning. All in all, this place is perfect for startups and small businesses that need to have optimal space and comfort to get things done. read more

I've been working here for the past 6 months, and I can't say enough great things about this place. The work spaces, focus rooms, conf rooms are very comfortable and convenient. All the walls are sound proof glass, so you can easily find peace and quiet but no matter where you go, there will be plenty of sunlight and great views of downtown Dallas Everything about this place is exceptional, but what is most impressive is the great service from the two operations associates Jessica and Liza. They are both very friendly and helpful to all of the tenants. And Liza in particular does an exceptional job planning, purchasing, preparing the daily breakfasts and snacks. All of the tenants are excited every day and can't wait to see what she has planned. Most of us don't even take lunch breaks anymore because we fill up so much on the breakfasts and snacks. read more

Went to the yelp elite event and was very pleased. My wife is the yelper is the one that was invited but I got to come also. We started by going to get some yelp stuff (shot glass and water bottle). I couldn't be happier coming here everyday for work. The space and amenities actually make me excited to come in. There are certainly other options in this market but Industrious definitely feels like a step up. I've had the opportunity to work out of other co-working spaces, but this is by far the best. The vibe here is definitely upscale while also being laid back and casual. The decor is absolutely on point. The location is also ideal and offers a number of different options for dining with clients. Our on-site gym is also amazing as it includes showers and towel service. Industrious really does feel more like an upscale business hotel especially with the amazing food we're served every single day. What really makes this a standout place is Jessica and Liza. They're professionalism and attitude are impressive. They're always available to help and make the members here feel like they're the priority. If Industrious isn't careful, one of us will hire them both! I highly recommend Industrious Dallas to anyone looking for great office space. read more

What a beautiful space! I was visiting Dallas and took a tour of Industrious. I was greeted with smiling faces by the two girls at the front desk who offered me to help myself to coffee and snacks. It was their happy hour going on that day and there was an amazing charcuterie board and local beers. A lot of the other people in the office were out and about networking and laughing. It seemed like a great way to meet friends and potential clients. The space is massive, the glass walls on all the offices offer such an open feel, and the pricing is all inclusive. It felt like I was walking around a hotel (like a 5 star NYC hotel). I definitely recommend taking a tour and seeing what they have to offer, I couldn't imagine passing up the opportunity to have your office in this impressive community! read more

I have been working at Industrious Dallas for several months and love it. I toured and priced out the other co-working spaces in Dallas, and Industrious was by far the best value and has the most professional feel to it (while maintaining a co-working vibe). Everything is clean and the private offices are big enough that you can actually walk around in them. The desks are big enough that you don't feel cramped with two monitors in front of you. Liza and Jessica do a fantastic job taking care of the members. Any issues you have are quickly resolved. All food and coffee being included is definitely a great perk, and if you value being able to print all you want without being charged, then Industrious could be a great fit for you. I will personally find it difficult to match my great experience here if I ever have to go back to working in a "normal" office. read more

Came in for a complimentary day of co-working to try it out. Jessica and Liza made the process of getting set-up and working a breeze. First of all, the space is absolutely beautiful. The design and quality of the space is top notch and made me consider why aren't all workplaces set up in this manner. We started up our new business in the industrious space about two months ago. It was to be temporary but I love it so much I don't want to move. I very much enjoy the friendly staff that welcomes me every time I pass through the lobby. They make me fell welcome and take care of all our needs. Every day there is a breakfast and afternoon snack available and the lobby is very welcoming to enjoy with your clients if they come by to share or meet with you. It is in a great location with a great view of the city. There is transportation provided downstairs to give you a lift to some of the Artsy places downtown. Industrious is a really fun and efficient place to work. We have had an office here for about a month and our whole experience has been really great thanks to Jessica and Liza. We walk in every morning to a nice assortment of breakfast foods along with juices and coffee. They also provide food during lunch time and drinks for frequent happy hours all for free! We find ourselves to be much more productive here than any other shared or unshared workspace we have tried and in much better company too.
