I appreciate the layout of The Wing- open spaces with a lot of phone charging stations, headphones, and spaces to sit. The space includes a quiet room, meeting rooms (at an additional cost), phone booths, a gorgeous (and generously stocked) bathroom, and a pump room for nursing moms. The bathroom is stocked with anything/everything you may need for showers, a little pick me up, or some refreshing after/before work. The front desk is filled with friendly hostess who will answer any question you might have. They also have additional chargers, cables, etc. for you to borrow. The Wing has a 'no outside food' policy but does offer a small curated cafe menu for your eating and drinking needs (wine included). Love the location as it looks out onto the city but be warned, better take public transportation because there is very little street parking and lots are upwards of $20 a day.

They have two levels - the first level features a large lounge-like space with a coffee bar. Patio space is also available on nicer days. There are a few phone rooms available and there is also a communal working space that is designed for quiet working. The rented office spaces are also surrounding this area. The second floor features a smaller lounge and more studio spaces so working space is more limited. I was able to find a few good spots to work from, however, they don't have big tables available outside of the communal quiet space so it isn't a spot to really lay out all of your work. Wifi was great and there are light refreshments available while you are there. I would recommend trying a day! Also perk for those of you with dogs, this place is dog friendly so you can bring your dog to work! They have a green area on the second floor.

The customer service is just non existent. Erica the community manager at Fulton Market is just rude, irritated, and unwilling to help! We have been loyal customers of Spaces since 2018, and until recently, our experience has been positive. However, we have encountered persistent issues with making payments through the app, consistently receiving an error message that instructs us to try again in 48 hours. This has forced us to make payments over the phone, but unfortunately, customer service was unable to assist us in setting up autopay, citing the need to use the app, which continues to present problems. This situation has become increasingly frustrating and has resulted in a $500 late fee that we believe is unjust, as we have made every effort to fulfill our payment obligations. I have also attempted to report this issue to the help desk but have encountered error messages there as well (please see the attached screenshot). I also asked the front desk at Fulton market to send a ticket request, they did! But it's been WEEKS now and no one from Spaces has reached out to us to resolve this issue. We requested to resolve this issue and terminate our agreement instead all we get is the run around for weeks now! More over they "auto renewed our lease agreement!" Meanwhile I can't even access my application to terminate this non sense and their help desk work get back to me - how convenient!

In my opinion, they need way too much time in advance to end your contract…read more I'm not an indentured servant in the 1890s. All I needed was a business address in the year 2022. This isn't me moving furniture in and out, it is simply a business address that I needed for my postcards and my business cards, that is it. You can create it through their website and cancel it through their website. Very simple to do but here comes their contract. I canceled on December 12th which was before the 15th. The reason I mention the 15th is because they want payment by the 15th for the next month or they charge a late fee as well. Yes, seriously, you have to pay by the 15th of the month for a business address for the next month or you are charged a late fee. After I canceled on December 12th they charged me on December 19th ($62) for January 2023. Whaaat? I emailed them asking for my monies back for the month of January ($62) since I canceled before the 15th. They sent me a lame message back with such words as "confusion" and "frustration" all of course on my part, not on their part. The email included a pic of the portion of the contract shown, and it stated... Section 1.5. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: SO THAT WE CAN MANAGE YOUR SERVICES EFFECTIVELY AND TO ENSURE SEAMLESS CONTINUITY OF THOSE SERVICES ... blah blah blah There was nothing for them to manage and I didn't want the services to continue. A person with a simple business address has to cancel by the first of the month, in this case before December 1st, so as to not get charged for January 2023. So if you want to sign up these folks thoroughly read their "indentured servant" contract to see if it is something you can navigate without getting charged too much because trust me they are coming for your monies and your children.
