The benefit of having a permanent address to bring clients to and have checks sent to; the free color printing and 24/7 access have all been an early part of my company's success. She didn't move, she just said, "the kitchen is that way" and pointed to her right. I spent the rest of the day slowly walking into hallways and rooms, wondering if I was intruding on a private workspace or if I was entering a phone room. This place is very, very quiet. Even whispering makes you feel awkward. I was with a co-worker and we were whispering quietly to each other after walking in. I was saying hello, the usual greetings. A woman nearby walked over to tell us that we needed to not talk because she was trying to concentrate. I was so irritated that my coworker and I up and left. We worked the rest of the day at a nearby coffee shop that was warm and friendly. I'm not sure if whispering is banned in the main work area but if so, I didn't see any signs and we weren't given rules. I wasn't sure if I should have defended myself or if I was actually in the wrong. Overall cold and frustrating vibe for me. Will stick to coffee shops in the future.

The study was a great overall experience!…read more The valet was amazing! Staff was very sweet and accommodating. The place is beautiful and comfortable! The view of Chicago was stunning! However, a few things happened in my room that made my one night stay disappointing was: 1. My tv did not work. I tried to play Netflix and it played it for like 5 mins and then my tv went black. It kept doing that. 2. The first time I used the restroom the whole toilet paper holder fell out the wall. And there was no way to put it back without the constant falling. Other than these two things my stay was a great experience'

The cats are screaming -- it's like, kitty, I just fed you and you still hungry? Babies, we just gotta change out of our softpants, put on some bigboy slacks, and get to work. For those of us that work for ourselves, having a place like the Study all local and stuff makes it so easy to please those clients. Our clients happy, Pubert happy. This dude that run the thing, Andy, the guy is legit. Andy'll take care of you. He keeps the Study real nice. Fast internet, lotsa desks and tables, quiet atmosphere. And listen, babies, this dude made us some pour-over coffee. Yeah, you heard that right. Dude busts out the Chemex and makes us coffee. We had to do a doubletake. We judge a coworking space by how much work we can pound out. And babies, you'll never believe how productively the Rose & Company rocked it while at the Study. Got them proposals out, them numbers crunched, the clients pleasured. With time to spare, we even busted out for a quick slurp over at the Goose Island tap room that is literally on the same block as the Study. Can't beat that, babies. Gimme them hops! Maybe you see us there next time you come in. Pubert all over the country these days, but Chicago is where we hang our hat. And when we home in Chicago and need to crank out some work, the Study is our spot. Convenient and quiet. That's our jam. Now get to work!

The interaction was extremely unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected. Instead of receiving a warm, welcoming, and informative conversation about the club, I was met with rude behavior and dismissiveness. I understand that running a social club can be stressful, but it's important to treat potential members with kindness and respect. This call was a stark contrast to the positive image I had of the club before. I hope the leadership takes this feedback seriously and works on improving how they communicate with prospective members. For now, I can't recommend this club based on my experience, as the treatment I received does not align with the values I would expect from any organization. I will also write a public review about this. I have also blocked the founder and your company from social media as the experience was so bad I would never want to be related to it. There were couches to lounge around on, a full dining room table, and plenty of standing room around the kitchen area! Having a kitchen space allowed the hosts to serve warm, mulled wine, ice cold sangria, and straight-out-of-the-oven appetizers! They also have an employee on site at all times to deal with any problems, which is a nice perk to ensure a flawless party. The space is simply stunning, with lots of windows letting in plenty of natural light, beautiful high ceilings and freshly painted white walls. It was easy to transform it from a workspace into an elegant and serene venue by adding high boys, linens, flower arrangements, balloons, and a few other personal touches. We were able to fit approximately 70 guests very comfortably, and the acoustics were great for our DJ and live band. The owner, Liane, was very accommodating. She reserved our preferred date for us, she maintained communication with our event planner, and she allowed us access to the venue the evening before the event to setup, which was extremely helpful. We were very grateful that we were able to reserve the space for a Sunday afternoon, when street parking would be free. Our guests had no difficulty finding the location or parking, and many commented on how beautiful the venue was. Oh, and there are several bathrooms-- all of them clean and well equipped for your guests (when I was looking at other venues, I noticed that is not always the case, but it's so important-- so I wanted to be sure to mention it here). If you're looking for a space to host your next event, be sure to check this one out. You won't be disappointed :)

When I was super duper pregnant I saw an article that a coworking space with childcare was opening in Chicago. My husband and I already worked from home pre-pandemic so I got incredibly excited, but was prepared for the location to be in the West Loop or somewhere like that. Nope! It was down the street! From the moment we went to the open house we fell in love. The space is incredible. Beautiful brick, new flooring, elegant light fixtures, comfy couches, tables, individual desks, pumping/meeting rooms, a kitchenette with high chairs, and an open play space for our baby. But lo and behold, it got even better! We obviously couldn't sign up right away since said baby was still in my belly. In the time that I had our daughter and we figured out how to become parents, Le Village added the option of private offices. My husband and I share 12' x 10' office and it is truly life changing. I love having our own little space adjacent to the coworking area. I've gotten to decorate it, our daughter has room to play, and we have a private kitchenette, bathroom, and conference room on our side of the house. The teachers we've had so far have been so kind and welcoming. They love our daughter, log her feedings, diaper changes, and naps on an app in real-time. I love that they change the activities up throughout the day so our daughter is engage. They are also very responsive to my naggy mom requests (do not let her sleep more than two hours!). We are so excited to be part of the Le Village community! The only downside is that we've only experienced it through a global pandemic so it's been a bit harder meeting people with masks on, but that means we're also being safe! Great precautions taken for COVID. I hear we're going to do some outdoor social events so we'll get to see our parent friends' faces for the first time. Imagine that!

On any given day, there may be a TV show being filmed in the hangar, a popular musician recording in the studios or a thought-leader giving a presentation on the 2112 stage. The team managing the space is friendly, eager to be helpful and readily available to support you. 2112's network of professionals is incomparable and there are world-class mentors who donate their time to members. It's so nice to have an instant introduction to any kind of subject matter network. I imagine this is how it feels to be an alumni of an ivy league business school, where you can just ask for a personal introduction to a industry authority. The space is clean and they have great amenities such as a coffee shop with Dark Matter Coffee, multiple meeting spaces, podcast booth and coworking areas with couches and comfortable chairs.
