The pizzas are very thin so they bake quickly, we wait perhaps just 5 minutes and it was ready. Very fresh, simple and delicious. Baked in a wood oven so there's a delicious smell and great crunch to the light dough. There are so many pizza joints in this hood but Fugazzi stands out for their eclectic stype and original choices- they also have vegan toppings. We found the quality and flavors to be excellent, however I wish they had a larger menu. You can obviously customize your own if needed but having more traditional choices that are ready to order would make this more enticing.
