Things happen to all of us, including businesses, it's what you do when they happen that matters. I sent an email and they responded same day even in the middle of our quarantine. We are planning our planning for next year and stopped by twice at the Indulge & Bloom stand at the Wedding Fair in the Convention Center. They had actually gorgeous bouquets, centerpieces, boutannieres, et al set up. They were really the best florist at the fair. It's just their customer service. It stank. After being ignored a couple times by the saleswomen standing literally two feet from us who didn't give us the time of day, we finally interrupted the salesman who was feasting on the free victuals from the nearby Famous Dave's booth. He was disinterested as he replied to us with chunks of cornbread coming out of his mouth about their various bouquets. We were still interested in setting up an appointment so he just gave us their card and that was it. He didn't bother getting our information which....why do they have a booth to begin with? Leaving a little annoyed/disappointed, we had that discussion of "what would you rather have; beautiful flowers and arrangements or good customer services?" We decided that we'd rather lower our standards of beauty if it means that we will get at least a modicum of proper service. Since it wasn't just the one employee, but the whole gaggle of people working the booth, we are set to assume this is the corporate culture and not one we'd ever indulge again. read more

If your looking for a floral arrangement that's a little more unique you might want to consider "Indulge and Bloom". They have a nice selection of fresh cut flowers and arrangements to choose from. The employees were helpful and accommodating with me when I choose an arrangement and decided on colors. Prices and delivery fees seemed very competitive. It felt to me that they put a little more "personal touch" into everything since they're a smaller shop. We received a vase of flowers from Indulge and Bloom in Calhoun Square from dear friends of ours. I can only report on this one experience but I have to say this was one of the loveliest bouquets I have ever received. The array of flowers and greens was so artistic, accompanied by the dreamy scents from the flowers. It wasn't a big bouquet - about 12" H X 10" W - in a clear vase. Being short on time, I met with Tara, floral designer extraordinaire at the Uptown location, just once to work on ideas for my wedding bouquet, floral arrangements, etc. this fall. She was receptive to what I liked and what I didn't, along with my personal style. Then she said, "don't worry! I've got it all set for you!" I guess many brides would worry as I had no idea what my bouquet and the flower arrangements would look like but somehow her calm yet creative demeanor assured me she knew what she was doing so I let her just do her thing. Everything was PERFECT. She did an amazing job despite my limited budget. I truly believe she interpreted my style, color and flower preferences perfectly and I am so lucky to have found such an amazing florist with such an eye for detail, texture, and color. She also arrived on time to the event, set up without delay and was very professional to work with. Great place for a quick gift! I was in the neighborhood for something else and needed a birthday gift for a friend, so I popped in. I'd been in here a few times just to look around, but this time I knew just what I needed. The people working are very nice and they have a great selection of gifts and flowers. My default gift for people is usually a picture frame and they had a perfect one. I was in and out in no time, but that's because I was in a hurry. If I had more time I'd browse all the great kitchy items. Reminds me of a Patina with fresh flowers and I always love Patina. read more

Stoped in here right before the holiday season to look for gifts. Indulge&Bloom have a great selection of fresh cut flowers and arrangements as well as potted plants. Arrangements are never cheap but i felt the prices here were fair and the flowers looked healthy and the arrangements were thickly filled and well put together. They have a lot of other fun items from funky jewelry, to Johnathan Adler home decor and Umbra picture items. The staff are very helpful, I inquired about a terrarium, they had a simple medium sized one priced at $18 with one type of plant inside. I asked if they would make a custom terrarium? Yes they would, and if I could bring in my own vessel/ container? Yep, that was Ok too. The price would vary depending on the size and types of plants i wanted in it but the sales associate assured me they could complete a custom one in about 3 days. I'm ready to go back and get my custom arrangement as well as some seasonal plants for more home decor. read more

After far too long an interval of time, I finally caught up with a friend from my Papua New Guinea days who now lives in Minneapolis. Sensing that the protracted winter (with no respite in sight) was getting her down, I thought some cheery flowers might brighten up her place and lift her spirits. A Google search identified Indulge and Bloom with its excellent website. Instead of just ordering (from Australia!) what seemed to me to be the most attractive arrangement, I used the Contact Us form to ask advice on what might be more immediately appropriate in the prevailing climatic circumstances for my goal. Amanda suggested the Spring flowers which were available and I went with that idea, choosing a vased large arrangement mainly of pink & champagne-yellow roses (DFSC03951). Very spectacular. When delivered out of the blue along with a great big smile, this unexpected surprise surpassed my objective and brought a little warmth to that lady's home. Overpriced and underdelivered. The owner is arrogant, uninterested in consumer input. Not service minded, in an industry where service is critical. My desires and input were discounted as irrelevant. In a city where there are many good florists, you can do better. read more

This is THE BEST place. Carol was the sweetest person that helped me in a "lack of planning on my part" last minute emergency. When I called from out of state needing a last minute delivery she took the time to help me decide on an arrangement, kept the cost reasonable and even made the delivery herself, after all the daily deliveries had been sent out for the day. If Carol is any indication of the people that Indulge & Bloom has working at any of their locations you will receive top-notch service. We have been doing business with Indulge & Bloom since July 2015 and they have owed us money ever since. We sell greeting cards and they owe an excess amount of money that they simply will not pay. Do not do business with them, unless you don't ever want your money back. The company is very poorly managed. read more
