We have built Indochine with such thoughts and care in mind, where you will find authentic and home-developed Vietnamese cuisines from banh mi baguettes, crispy pork bowls to steaming pho noodles.
History
Established in 2018.
Launched in the summer 2018, Indochine is steadily growing as a go-to place for lunch and early dinners among the office workers in Bank, London. The business has grown but still remain its family roots in the flavourful Vietnamese tastes.
Meet the Business Owner: Jo N.
Indochine started as a launching project between two friends, Thuy and Jo, both of who are eager to introduce Vietnamese food to the diverse London food scene. Even though coming from different parts of Vietnam where tastes are varied, they have come together and formed their own family recipes that marry the savoury tastes of Southern Vietnam with the Northern fragrant and herb-inspired flavours.
