Also, when my daughter needed to see an orthodontist they took X-rays to provide, which took over an hour and very unprofessional bc they used phone flash lights to look at the X-ray? Then the ones they provided were not them and we knew this bc she had braces and a bracket was missing. Stir clear of this place. They are a factory and just want your business but won't do a good job of keeping it.

The last two times I received dental treatment at Apple Seed Family Dentistry, I experienced significant problems afterward that required me to seek care elsewhere. The first time, I had a cavity filled, but the filling affected my bite. My bite did not feel right afterward, and I ultimately had to go to another dental office to have the problem corrected. The second experience was much more concerning. I received a dental injection, and afterward I developed severe difficulty opening my mouth--essentially a locked jaw--that lasted for about a month. Unfortunately, my jaw and mouth have not felt the same since. I have had to seek care elsewhere to have this continued issue get resolved. I understand that complications can happen with dental procedures, but having two separate experiences where I ultimately needed treatment elsewhere has seriously affected my confidence in this practice. I'm posting this review because I think patients deserve to know about my experience and to make informed decisions about where they receive their dental care. Ultimately, I have canceled appointments for my entire family and will not go back to this practice.

And let me tell you, she has major anxiety over anything medically related as do most kids. Dr Mary Alice is AMAZING and her staff is the same! They have kids figured out to the T! They are warm, compassionate, super sweet, and they tell the kids everything that is going to happen but make it sound super magical instead! When they are doing dental procedures, they have TVs on the ceiling to help keep the kids distracted which is such a good idea! I said fuck this place and took my trip without a whole tooth because they caused me that much frustration.
