After I returned home, I called the owner & offered to ship it back to him for a refund. He refused, & didn't care that I then said I would dispute it with my credit card company. Chase refused to allow me to dispute it, saying I should have returned the device immediately since I bought it in person. The owner probably knew this when he was indifferent to knowing I was going to dispute the charge. I agree with previous poster who said he preys on tourists. He sells junk that doesn't work!
